Create a wonderful memory in this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home offering tranquil accommodations for up to 8 guests. The master bedroom and the second bedroom have a sliding door access to the backyard where you could enjoy the screened saltwater pool. The outdoor area is surrounded with beautiful tropical plants including banana trees and is completely enclosed with a privacy fence.

This is an H O A family neighborhood absolutely NO partying NO loud music quiet hours during the week or 9 PM quiet hours on the weekend 10:30 PM if I do get a noise complaint you’ll be asked to leave with no refund.
Im sorry this has to be said but i am friends with my neighbors and I would like to keep it that way .

The kitchen is fully equipped with most of the basic things you will need to enjoy your home cook meal if you want to save money from eating out. The living area holds a large flat screen T.V. , fire stick, playstation3, and WiFi along with comfortable furnishings.

This is one beautifully updated home! It had a Wow factor the minute we walked in. The pics on line don't do this home justice, simply gorgeous and had everything you'd need from kitchen to bathrooms. Since we only had to drive 2 hours, we packed the car with things we've found lacking in previous homes - none of which we needed. Jesse, the host, had everything you could think of, and was very quick to respond to a couple of questions we had. The highlight was the back yard with large caged heated pool and plenty of upgraded seating, plus TV (we didn't use.) Clean as a whistle, as was the entire home. Lushly landscaped, so it's extremely private, We spent a lot of time enjoying the lanai, even though we didn't get a chance to get in the pool, as the weather temps dropped just as we arrrived. Also had a serious grill and a smaller one (didn't use, as we went out for dinners.) Still, we enjoyed every minute we spent out there. Very comfortable bed (we only used the primary bedroom) both bathrooms were large and well stocked. Even the guest bathroom was large with a door leading to pool lanai. We walked daily early in the am, neighbors are friendly, lovely community. Btw, Jesse had a large Xmas Tree in Dec. in the main living room (there are 2 living areas) which looked custom decorated with ornaments spaced strategically (I could never have done that, lol.) Love love love this home. we rent 2 homes a year throughout our travels. This was our favorite,

This house was fantastic! Out of all of the vacation rentals I’ve stayed in over the years, this was the best stocked and organized. We loved the spaciousness and the pool and patio were the best! Comfortable beds, nice neighborhood - you really can’t go wrong.

We have been coming to this area for 6 years. Ive stayed in numerous vrbos and i have finally found "the one". This house is perfect for our group of 9. The split plan layout is ideal, the teens loved the murphy bed with lovseat and large TV. We lived outside on the wonderful patio, cooked on the grill, had Christmas dinner and loved having a tree and every appliance and pit and pan i needed! Everything was well thought out and Jesse was responsive to our one non emergency issue! Already planning our next trip back to our ho.e away from ho.e!

Lovely house in a quiet neighborhood. Pool and screened lanai area is really beautiful, we spent a lot of time there. House is tastefully decorated and has everything you could think of or want. Area is convenient for exploring to the north or south of the Tampa area, which is what we did. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this house again.

My family loved the house and area. The pool was a big hit with the kiddos. We were close to several beaches but not in the heart of the tourist. If you like a somewhat secluded beach, I suggest honeymoon island. It is 8 to get in but well worth it. The owner was very informative and responded quickly to our questions. Will stay here again if we come back to the area.

Great vacation spot

Everything was perfect from the communication with Jesse to the cleanliness of the house. The location is perfect close to beaches and downtown Tampa. Having a pool in the Florida heat is a must if you are looking at this rental do not hesitate and book it now you will not be disappointed.

Beautiful place

This house worked out great for the 7 of us! It was very clean and cozy. When we stayed it was colder outside, 40s. The heated pool never got higher than 75 those day what I am guessing it was having a hard time keeping up with the colder temps. The last few days of our stay was much warmer and the pool heated just fine. No complaints as our kids enjoyed it almost everyday! Just more of an FYI if you are staying when it’s a tad colder out. On the same note of the pool there was an error message on the heater one night, I sent a message to the host that night, he came the next morning to make sure everything was working correctly what we greatly appreciated! The house itself is very well maintained and stocked with games, pools toys, beach toys, beach towels and beach chairs. There are extra blankets In every closet and tvs in every bedroom. The host himself communicated perfectly with me even when I had questions he responded right away. The location of the house is in a very well kept neighborhood where we went for several walks!We learned quickly that it takes forever to get anywhere in Florida so it is nice that the grocery stores are only a few mins from the house itself. All in all we would recommend this place to anyone traveling with their families and kids!

Lovely “home away from home”!

We stayed at this property for 8 days for a multi-family vacation (5 adults and 3 children aged from 7-12). We used this vacation to relax and enjoy time together as a family, but also for individual downtime. This property did not disappoint. Both children and adults used the pool multiple times throughout the day. With the pool being enclosed, we did not have to worry about bugs and the tint in the pool screen created a perfect buffer that resulted in our kids not needing sunscreen. In our previous experience with a Vrbo rental, they did not have the screen enclosed pool, and I can tell you from experience now that it definitely makes a difference. The patio/grill setup was also great. The house was very clean and had a lot of essentials available. Another downfall that we have ran into with other rentals is that we have had to buy a lot of staples (like toilet paper, paper towels, laundry supplies, cooking sheets, etc) just to be able to live in the house for a week. With this house, it was adequately stocked with essentials for multiple families to live there for the week. I loved that the host allowed for people to leave their slightly used shampoos, conditioners and hairspray for others to use. That was an additional savings to our grocery bill for the week. The host (Jesse) was wonderful and immediately responded when we needed help. We loved this house and would definitely book again!

Amazing vacation! June 2024

10/10 I highly recommend this property to any family wanting to vacation in the Palm Harbor area! The house was very clean, open layout and plenty of space for larger families, the pool and patio area was a huge hit for the kids, and communication with the host was so easy! The location is close to several popular destinations including Honeymoon Island and Clearwater. I will definitely be keeping this location in mind for future vacations!
