This corner unit is seconds away from the famous st Pete beach, and is located between the Boca Ciega Bay and the Isla Del Sol golf course. Comes with a washer and dryer in the unit. First-class amenities including a resort-style heated pool and spa, community meeting and game room, fishing pier and kayaking next to the pool.

Enjoy a beautiful resort style with an eta in kitchen including new stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar and a formal dining seating up to 6 people.
