Absolutely loved the location and in general the property. I felt the property lacked a lot of basic necessities. The kitchen is poorly stocked. Hardly any cooking utensils, cookware/ bakeware, drinking glasses. The kitchen could use a lot. We stayed for 17 nights are very familiar with the area and cook at home a lot. There's not enough eating utensils, basic bowls, drink wear or really anything to bake if one wanted. That was the biggest disappointment. The upstairs got quite warm and made it a little difficult to sleep at times. There's a note to not go below 70. We never moved the thermostat lower than 70 and while it was comfortable and yet sometimes chilly on the main floor, it was not cool in the upstairs bedrooms. We brought fans from home with us and it made it a little more tolerable however it's a little disappointing to have to pack so many things when going on vacation. Especially when you are flying and have to worry about bags and weight limitations. They also mention that they do not provide beach towels which was something else that is bulky in packing. They need one more beach chair. We did really enjoy the property and location however, you need to plan accordingly to make sure you have what you need at this particular property. They could add a few more things to the property that would make it more convenient for renters without spending a lot of money. I would stay in this location again. I did love the area and the location and the townhome itself.
