Great Staycation!

The property was exactly how described! Very clean, great for families! Host was really kind & easy to work with! We had a great time fishing off the dock, property was in walking distance of beach & restaurants! Although, the golf cart is a huge plus! Highly recommended & will stay again!

A Treasure

Indian Rocks Beach is a quaint town with a breathless beach. A stunning a little place. I adored the beautiful homes and quiet neighborhoods. It is close to Clearwater and all the exciting activities the teens wanted and yet beautiful spots for the adults to enjoy as well. The home we stayed in was clean, perfect size, and had a great view of the waters and a perfectly heated pool. The property manager, Erika, was so prompt, friendly, and professional. The Beaches Rental staff we encountered were so friendly and made us feel at home. My family and I made precious memories and will definitely visit Indian Rocks Beach again.

Great getaway!

We loved our stay! The dock and pool was amazing. My kids fished every morning and swam. Tons of extra items that made it truly a home away from home. The snacks and wine was an awesome treat after our drive! We will definitely stay here again! Also the food in the area was great as well. We enjoyed exploring Indian Rocks Beach! Thank you for such a great place!

We loved the house, the neighborhood, and Indian Rocks Beach. Beautiful location on the intercoastal, great heated pool, and the most responsive hosts. Have already booked for six weeks next year!

Lovely home!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a clean and beautiful property right on a bay with a nice pool and dock. The host was very responsive and provided recommendations and was flexible with our check out time. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies so it's easy to make your own meals, The golf cart is a nice touch and allows you to easily get to a few restaurants, cafes, and the beach. I would definitely stay here again!

Great family home!

We absolutely loved our stay! My parents live in Clearwater Beach, but we needed a bigger home to host a family party. Todd was so easy to work with and helped out with many small questions like connecting to the Google Home and getting new propane tanks. The pool area was open and spacious for our family as well as our dog who loves to play fetch! Plenty of room to eat, lounge, grill, and sit by the fire pit. Having access to the paddle boards and kayaks made it extra fun. A few of us made it out to the nearby island! The golf cart made it very easy to putt around the neighborhood with your morning coffee and wave to everyone. We were there during Halloween and everyone had the houses decorated! The kids loved the nearby park, and there is a Pickleball court, so bring your paddles! It was nice that there were little touches to make it feel like Todd and his family really care about your comfort. There were even wipes under the sink to keep your makeup off the clean white towels! My only concern was the ladder off the dock. It was a little tough getting from the water equipment up to the dock given the state of the ladder. Otherwise, everything was perfect! Thank you again for such a great stay for my sister’s 50th birthday!

Perfect family vacation!

There 6 of us here, 2 teens and 4 adults. Perfect space, with all you needed for a family getaway- Pros: pool was lovely, waterview from living room /dining room floor to ceiling sliding doors was wonderful, golf cart handy, beach gear ( chairs, umbrellas, toys) pool floaties, well appointed kitchen, shower pressure was great, location, 2 minutes golf cart drive to beautiful beach, kayaks and fishing poles included during stay for guest use Cons: none really, one thing which has nothing to do with the home: the area of Indian Rocks is peaceful and quiet and friendly, but definitely not a place for foodies, all restaurants were ok, just not spectacular

Fickert family vacation

The Shearer’s were great host. Stayed in contact throughout. We we’re going to take our pet and decided against that, Todd refunded pet deposit immediately. Home was well appointed with most anything you’d need for cooking, baths supplies, beach and pool supplies, etc. We rented a boat from IRB boat rentals and were able to dock right at the home. Use of the golf cart to get to and from the beach was a major plus as it prevented from getting sand in our personal car. We would HIGHLY recommend the Shearers home as well them as host. In fact we plan on returning again soon. Thank you so much for everything!! God bless, The Fickert Family

Great location for boaters

Nice property! Great location if you like to boat and go to the beach. Not a lot of night life in the area, but plenty of restaurants. House is nice, clean and well stocked for guests. Perfect location to bring the boat, super easy to navigate and area is shielded from the wind. Would absolutely stay again.

Absolutely WONDERFUL rental!

Could not be more happy with our stay at this rental in Indian Rocks!! We couldn't decide between staying in Clearwater or Indian Rocks and we absolutely made the right choice! Indian Rocks beach is absolutely beautiful and less crowded- we were able to find parking for our van and for the golf cart everywhere we went. The rental is beautiful and was spotless when we arrived. My teenage and adult children fished every evening and caught fish after fish. We all enjoyed kayaking, paddle boarding and driving various places on the golf cart. The rental has everything you need for the beach, as well. We enjoyed the pool and they even have pool floats, etc there for you. The check in process was so easy and the owners are right there to answer any questions you may have. The complimentary bottle of wine was such a nice surprise. I highly recommend this rental for anyone who wants to enjoy a relaxing beach vacation that offers so many things to do. You will save money because you won't need to go find things to do- you already have so many fun things to enjoy that are included with this rental. Will definitely be back!:)

Better than advertised

It’s hard to locate just the right spot when traveling with adult children. This home was perfect. Plenty of space and multiple entertainment areas. You will not find a more peaceful spot than on the pier glider drinking coffee in the morning or a cocktail at sunset. This rental felt like a home, not like many dedicated Vrbo experiences. The furniture was comfortable, nice linens and the kitchen had all the tools you could possibly need. It was much more spacious than the pictures can show. Cleanliness was great and the updated glass door showers were impressive. Communication was easy and friendly with the owner the few times we had questions. We will book this property again. Great family vacation for all ages

We have always stayed on the beach, but decided to try something different by staying on the intracoastal. We loved it! The views were great, the cove was peaceful, my husband fished everyday, we kayaked to the island, and the kids LOVED riding around in the golf cart. We used the pool every day, many times a day, the kids even swam before breakfast most days. Parking at the beach was so easy because of the designated golf cart spots. Also, we have never traveled with our dog, but she was right at home, and having a secure yard was great. The neighborhood was clean and safe. We didn’t take advantage of the playground at the nearby park, but it also seemed nice. Overall we had an excellent vacation.

Lovely week in Indian Rocks Beach

We had a very enjoyable week at Indian Rocks Beach! The house was exactly as described on a quiet street with a short walk/ quick golf cart ride to the beach. The view was absolutely gorgeous and we ended up mostly spending our days out back as opposed to the beach. The grocery store was nearby and we took advantage of instacart delivery when we first arrived. Every type of food is nearby but we especially enjoyed the local places especially VIP Mexican. The golf cart was really nice and we enjoyed taking it for sunset trips to the beach. The house is beautifully decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed. We never did kayak partly because I was too lazy to get it up and down from the dock which can be tricky at low tide. We saw the dolphins outback and the breezes were always enjoyable when sitting out back. You can't go wrong renting this house. It definitely is a 5 star and we will be back some day.

Nice pleasant stay overall

Nice over all. I didn’t like the cameras out by the pool I feel that takes away from privacy you may want. Tv out by the pool for when your chilling but it’s locked up and not for guest use. Golf cart is nice home is awesome even has wireless printer you can use. Owners were very nice to talk to through msg. Overall we had a great stay.

Family Vacation

Return renter! Love the house, location, and amenities. Great for family vacation and family time! Kids love the pool and beaches nearby for a quick trip to see the sunset or get some shells. Quiet mornings sitting on the dock drinking coffee is wonderful watching wildlife while kids sleep in!!

Beautiful bay view

Loved the property! Perfect for my active family group of 7. Great pool time, lots of kayak/paddle board rides in the bay (saw dolphins close up and even a manatee), and quick golf cart ride to the beach. Thanks!

Beachhouse with dock on the intercoastal

We have two families of three and had a great time in this house. Owner would have allowed us to check in a bit early when the cleaning service finished. Had we known that in advance, we would’ve planned accordingly. We used their kayaks and paddle boards to take the kids to a little island one day. It was just a few hundred yards from the dock. We rented a boat from IRB rentals at the Holiday Inn Marina the next day. We brought it to the house to dock and load up our stuff and our two six year olds. We took it to the Clearwater Beach Marina and ate at Crabby’s. The house had everything you would want or need including kitchen appliances, coffee filters, and tons of towels. The golf cart fit the six of us and was very nice. We took it to lunch or dinner most days. We took the kids to the neighborhood park several times. There are public tennis and basketball courts in the neighborhood. The fishing gear was mostly inoperable but we brought the kids’ rods and reels and bought a couple adult rods and reels at a nearby bait shop along with bait and prerigged leaders. Publix also sells cheap rod and reel combos. We did instacart for liquor, wine, and groceries so we didn’t have to pack too much stuff. The house had all the main spices and coffee things you’d want. You can bring K cups or make coffee. We should have brought a deck of cards, uno, Yahtzee, and the monopoly card game, but they had skip Bo and “dos” that’s like uno and the six year olds were able to play with us which was fun. We brought an Apple TV and the wifi worked fine to stream. The pool was amazing. The AC was set at 72 when we arrived and it somehow maintained that glorious temperature the whole time we stayed. We even bumped it up a couple of degrees after getting a lot of sun on our island day. There’s a circular driveway with plenty of parking. There’s 3 bedrooms and they’re next to each other on one side of the house. There’s a Queen in the owner suite and the bathroom doubles as a pool bath. The 2nd bedroom is smaller and has a queen bed and dresser as well. The 3rd bedroom has two sets of bunk beds (4 twin beds) and a dresser. The living/ dining area is huge and open for a 1500 sq ft house and overlooks the pool through sliding glass doors.

Gorgeous Home, Great Vacay!

What a beautiful, well appointed home on the water with heated pool! The home had everything we needed. Lovely, cozy, comfy. We had a blast driving the golf cart to the beach and about town. Paddled the kayak to the island beach from the home’s private dock. Sat outside in the back every evening, watching boats and birds. This is a great house and we had a great time. Highly recommend!
