Surf Song #118 - Enjoy this wonderful 2 bedroom, 2 bath poolside condo in sought after Madeira Beach. Nicely furnished and decorated, this ground floor property is literally just steps to the refreshing, heated swimming pool, BBQ facility and lounging area. Of course, the popular beaches are just a short walk away, as is John's Pass Village. Free Wifi. Please note there is no phone in this condo. You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The spacious open floor plan includes a welcoming living area with flat screened TV. The updated kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and comes fully stocked with utensils for all of your cooking needs. Off the living room is the master bedroom complete with queen sized bed and an attached, spotless, bathroom with walk in shower. The guestroom has twin beds with a sofa bed in the living room for extra guests. Linens for all beds, extra pillows & sufficient towels for provided for your stay.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person.

Another added attraction? You are located across the street from John's Pass Village. The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. This property was located in the best location in Madeira Beach. We walked most everywhere and really enjoyed our time because of it.

Wonderful Place!

We all absolutely loved Surf Song! Location was amazing, just steps from the beautiful beach. Enjoyed our walks first thing in the morning up the beach to John's Pass Boardwalk and seeing dolphins, a manatee, lots of pelicans and other seabirds. Surf Song itself was excellent. We met lots of friendly guests, the pool was lovely and very convenient location. Only minor negative is #118 was a bit dark and the floor could have done with a mop. Can I also suggest a little more shade (ie Umbrellas) provided around the sun loungers by the pool area. Other than that, amazing place and would love to go back!

We loved being so close to the beach and pool! So close to John’s Pass. Lots of great shops and restaurants within walking distance. The beach was not over crowded and town was quiet but enough activities for our family.
