I chose this hotel for an overnight stay during a weekend business trip. It was what I expected in person after research of choices for that percise area in the price range. The toilet leaked bad enough for water to be on the bathroom floor, the TV didn’t work even when unplugged and a different plug in chosen, there was thick dust along the baseboards, no elevator, our room was freshly painted and gave us headaches, the shower was gross dirty and a dirty washcloth was in the shower. The bed was good and the air worked in the room.

Very nice gentleman checked me in. Said the room was recently remodeled. Toilet was running all night. Seat was broken, cockroach in shower. They are trying to upgrade and it needs to be done by professionals.

The daytime staff were so nice and polite,funny and outgoing so it was very nice made you feel like waking up to family every mo rning and the laundry services was complimentory and thatvwas just fantastic the washer were clean and did not stink and dryer look3d and worked great, the first ive enjoyed doi g laundry in years at a laundry facility, besides home....Loved it.. The stay is very much recommended. Awsome place and wonderful staff...⚖️💯

I will not stay at this particular property again. The toilet wouldn’t flush properly, the bathtub had standing water during my morning shower, the sink had no handle for the drain plug and there were 0 cups for water. The entire room reeked of stale cigarette smoke and the tile floor was not swept clean. Subpar breakfast options. Worst hotel experience in recent memory.

Everything was just fine until we were checking out. Then one of the staff came up and said it smelled like smoke in our room. We went out of our way to respect this property and didn't let the construction going on bother us or complain about anything. I spent $20 on a vape because of the no smoking in the room. We were insulted to say the least
