Pretty good, but with just a couple hiccups
We enjoyed our stay, close to attractions. Street parking in front & parking in the back alley. The street is a dead end so no through traffic. They switched our stay to 2nd floor b/c 1st needed renovation. But 2nd floor didn't seem quite ready either with lamps with no bulbs and few eating utensils. The bathroom was also very tight but overall it was very nice, particularly the rear yard with a fire pit and upstairs property had balconies.

Great Spot for visiting St. Louis
My wife and I stayed here for the weekend to attend Winterfest and this place was the best! Perfectly located, very comfortable, had everything you could ever need and the property owner was very nice and easy to work with. I definitely recommend this spot if you ever are coming into town!
