Villa Hermosa is a luxury masonry constructed home located on the hillside overlooking Fish Bay on St. John, USVI. The villa has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Villa Hermosa provides spacious living areas with beautiful finishes, stonework and craftsmanship. The villa includes a gourmet, fully stocked kitchen with high-end stainless steel appliances and custom mahogany cabinetry throughout. The kitchen flows into a spacious dining and great room area surrounded by large windows that overlook the pool area with vast ocean views of Fish Bay and beyond. A large central staircase leads guests to the second floor where they will find 3 bedroom suites. Each room includes ensuite bathrooms and outdoor patios providing continued ocean views.
Villa access is easy via a paved driveway with ample parking space. The villa is located 10 minutes from Cruz Bay shops and restaurants and about 20 minutes from the North Shore Beaches.

This home was perfect for 3 couples! We had everything we needed. You really thought of everything! We had an amazing vacation here! We all want a kichen like that! Love the outdoor space- the view, the pool, comfy seats. We visit St John every year and this by far was our favorite place!

This house is absolute perfection! The views are beyond spectacular! The house is a gracious size for a family. The decor is absolutely beautiful. The kitchen is chef’s quality! There are windows all around the house overlooking the bay. Pictures don’t do it justice! Alex is an incredible host. Highly recommend! Will definitely come back.

This lovely, well-furnished house in St. John is perfect for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It was exceptionally well-equipped, lacking nothing we could have needed. Paradise!

Our family of five had a phenomenal time staying at Villa Hermosa in St. John! The property was gorgeous, with beautiful views from every room and from the lovely pool area. The villa was very well stocked with everything a family needs (kitchen items, beach gear, etc.), and it was immaculately maintained. Convenient to Cruz Bay and the North Shore beaches and trails- just be prepared to drive on the left! Great communication from the hosts, who provided a ton of helpful information, and very easy check in/departure process. This was a trip we will remember forever, and we are already talking about when we can plan another visit!!

Attending Family Celebration

Villa Hermosa is a beautiful home with everything to make your stay enjoyable. My priority was a house that could accommodate my husband and myself along with our 2 adult children and my daughter’s husband. There were 3 bedrooms with king-sized very comfortable beds with en-suite baths. The kitchen had everything you could ever need with upgrade appliances and the views from the living area and pool area were stunning. The pool was a nice size. Everything was in top condition. The host and local contact were in contact if we had any questions. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in a luxury home in St. John.

Picture Perfect

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Hermosa. We had a dreadful 7+ hour flight delay getting to the island. The bright spot was the ease and clear coordination with Alex and Luzmey to ensure our late arrival wouldn’t be an issue. Luzmey coordinated a trusted taxi driver to pick us up from the ferry, and he even brought us to grocery store on the way up to the villa which ensured we’d have what we needed to settle in quickly. When we arrived the home after 10p, it was an oasis, lit, cooled, and comfy beds to rest in after a long day. The kitchen is large and fully stocked, the pool is clean and showcases a wonderful view. This place is as advertised and I highly recommend it for your stay on St John. I travelled with my two elderly parents, my spouse and 11-year old. All had a wonderful stay, and the beach equipment that was provided made it easy to take advantage of all the local beaches. None more than 15-20 mins from the villa.

A (Large) Slice of Heaven

Villa Hermosa did that rarest of things in excelling in every single aspect of a St. John villa stay. The villa is just exquisite, beautiful and very comfortable. Service and communication were not just good but excellent. So many details were thought of that it is clear this is a family that is very, very good at this! We loved every minute of our stay and we’ll be back (we’ve visited STJ dozens of times and this was a wonderful new high).

Amazing comeback to STJ

This was our fourth time at the Island, and Villa Hermosa was the best place to stay so far. The location not too far away from Cruz Bay and north side beaches very appreciated with 2 kids. But also far away from the busy area allowed us to enjoy some rest. House with amazing amenities, run by solar power (a must for a fragile power system in the Island) gave me peace of mind with 2 kids. Kitchen completely prepare to cook everything! Super super clean! A lot of beach gear! We definitely will be back to this home! Kiddos favorite part was the pool by far!!

Amazing Rental

This house was everything the owner said it would be and more. The pictures listed on VRBO are spot on for the home. Fabulous place! Alex was prompt in answering all of my questions before during and after my stay. She checked in to see how everything was during check in, throughout our vacation, and when we got home. I will recommend this place to all of my friends interested in vacationing in St. John. I will most definitely stay here again in the future. It had everything and I mean everything you would need to enjoy your vacation time in St John. Well stocked with a ton of amenities you might need for the beach. The home was immaculate when we got there. The beds were all very comfortable. Having the pool there for later in the day was awesome. The views were spectacular!! I don’t have a negative thing to say about Villa Hermosa. Thank you Alex for an amazing vacation!

Amazing in every way!!!!

I literally can't find a single thing to critique about this property. Not a single thing! Ok, maybe the steepness of the driveway, but with the biggest climbs come the greatest views, so...... We just got back from an amazing 5 nights at this beautiful villa. The house is EXACTLY as it looks in photos! It was immaculately clean, updated, well stocked, beautifully appointed, and just perfect for us 3 couples who traveled . We each had our own suite with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The pool was perfect although with all the beautiful beaches to take advantage of, we really did not spend much time by it! They provided beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, floating devices, and plenty of coolers for your days at the beach! Communication was perfect - super prompt - from the minute we booked until the minute we left. They provided great tips including an awesome taxi driver who was willing to brave the hills and roads to come get us a few times when we didn't want to bring our car into town. The drive to town is about 10 minutes, but certainly not for the faint of heart with narrow roads, steep climbs and driving on the other side, but after a day or so, the driver of our group felt pretty comfortable! The villa owner's liasion met us in town when we arrived to have us follow him up to the house and showed us around. I've stayed at very many rental properties on vacation in all sorts of destinations and truly have to say this is one of the few where I really, truly, can't come up with a single thing they could improve upon! (oh, maybe a full length mirror somewhere - although perhaps there was one in one of the other bedrooms), but really, since we left the house to head to the beach and some nights came back at 10pm, still in our bathing suits, even that is a stretch to say it's a needed improvement! We can't thank Alex, Luzmey and Virgil enough for a wonderful stay in Paradise. St. John is absolutely beautiful and I can't think of a more perfect place to stay to enjoy this ilsand paradise!!! Thank you!!!!

Wonderful property

House is beautiful, clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Kitchen has everything needed to cook a nice meal. The bedrooms are also well done but the middle bedroom was a little warmer than the others but not intolerable. The location is very quiet, private and relaxing. We truly loved the place.

Absolutely gorgeous, spotless home!

Villa Hermosa is a beautiful property and hands down the cleanest and most modern home rental we have ever stayed in. Everything in the home was perfectly appointed and I found myself looking at items and thinking, “I want that in my house”! The kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil, dish, and pot you need to cook and we cooked dinner there almost every night. There were not many food basics besides spices but certainly everything else you would need. The pool, although not large, was perfect for an afternoon float and sun. The view never got old from the patio. There were a few tubes to float on plus lounge chairs and plenty of towels. My older teens (18 & 19) loved having their own room with attached bathroom. Luzmey and her son Virgil were a tremendous help when we first arrived as we did get a tad lost so he drove to where we were so we could follow him to the house. The driving around St John is not for the faint of heart, it’s steep, curvy and narrow and we struggled a bit being from the flat Midwest. By day 5 my husband got more comfortable driving to and from the villa in Fish Bay so I would say the location was the only tough thing for us. Others may not struggle. Overall we absolutely loved our time in this gem of a home and I tried to imprint the view in my head forever. Thank you for letting us enjoy Villa Hermosa!

The perfect St. John experience!

This villa is everything in the listing and more! For starters, the views over the mountains and ocean are spectacular, with wrap-around sliding doors that you can open to let in the sea breeze. The property is very well-maintained and spacious, and the kitchen and grill were fabulous for at-home dining with our group. The pool is on the small side, but that didn't stop us from taking a relaxing dip every day. The hosts do a great job with keeping plenty of towels and supplies on hand, and there is a large washer and dryer available that we made use of. If you're a hiking enthusiast, you can access some great trails via a short hike directly from the villa as well. In all, a spectacular property with great hosts - we're already thinking about our next visit!

Paradise Found

Villa Hermosa is a wonderful vacation destination. It has a host of amenities including a beautiful private pool, excellently equipped kitchen and wonderful views from each of the en suite bedrooms. Everything you need for your days at the beach is right there for you. Easy to get to from Cruz Bay it is secluded and quiet with amazing starry night skies. Everything about Villa Hermosa says welcome from the comfort of the home to the attentive property manager to the owner. This is a perfect spot to spend your time in paradise. I'm home a day but can't wait to come back!

Perfectly wonderful stay in a beautiful home

This rental is more beautiful in person than the pictures could ever show. The view is amazing at different times of the day and night. Peaceful, with sounds of birds in the morning; stars are brilliant and plentiful at night due to the low lighting. The home is exceptionally clean, spacious, tastefully decorated; sofas and beds are comfortable with ample linens and beach towels. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, and spices. A fifteen minute drive to Cruz Bay and multiple beaches. The beautiful pool was on the cool side at night(December) ; but we were not home much in the day when it would have been perfect for cooling off. There was nothing more that we needed; the host provided shampoo, soaps, etc, as well as laundry room and detergents. Alex Ann and Luzmey were prompt and helpful with any questions, or assistance when needed prior to and during our trip. Luzmey was very personable and went out of her way for us when needed. We would rent this home again; thank you so much for sharing it with us!
