Great Week in St. John

My parents, wife, and two young kids had a great week at Sea Vista Villa. The house had everything we needed and great views.

Sea Vista Villa

We had the best stay at Sea Vista Villa, the view is remarkable, the house is the perfect size for a party of 6, it was clean and well kept. Games and books to occupy anytime you may not be at the beach. Cannot wait to go back.

Didn’t realize how adventurous the terrain is in St. John! Be ready for twists/turns, bumps and climbing but totally worth it for the view. We had a magical stay!

A trip to paradise

My husband and I stayed at the villa during our Thanksgiving trip to the USVI. The villa was beautiful. We spent most of our time enjoying the views from the deck and infinity pool. We loved our trip to St. John and would recommend this property to anyone that is looking for an upscale place to relax that has amazing views!

Great experience overlooking Fish Bay

Our vacation rental experience at the Sea Vista Villa was just incredible. The property was very well kept and updated. From the cleanliness to the manicured landscape it was a first class experience. The communication with the owner and the property manager was helpful and made the check in thru check out process a breeze.

Fabulous House

As it was our first visit to St John, we weren’t completely sure what to expect; this house far exceeded our expectations! My husband and son loved the gym (it was better than advertised) and my daughter and I loved the pool and pool deck. The outdoor kitchen is wonderful and the views from the pool deck are breathtaking!! Would definitely reserve this house again without hesitation

Nicely equipped home with stellar views and attentive host

Our family of 6 had a lovely experience at sea vista villa. The vista is certainly unmatched! Home was equipped with the essentials and more. Our host, Sallie, maintained great communication throughout the booking/stay and was attentive to our inquiries.

Paradise found....

This villa was incredible. The pictures are actually out of date as there have been major renovations including the entire kitchen. Once you get used to driving on the island, it is a short drive to Cruz Bay and beaches. Sallie, the property manager, was extremely helpful prior to the trip. She helped coordinate our grocery delivery and met us at the ferry as we arrived on the island. The villa was clean and had unbelievable views. We will be returning in the future to St John and Sea Vista Villa

This house was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay in St John. But we were unable to use the third bedroom and the gym. They both had a very strong mildew smell, the third bedroom had a dehumidifier but it wasn’t keeping up. The gym had a mildew smell that was so strong we could smell it from the parking pad with the gym doors closed. The housekeeper came over the first day and cleaned the walls and smell was gone. However as soon as doors and windows were closed again for a/c the smell came back. Fortunately we had 2 children that were content with an air mattress in the living room and we stayed in the house. If we would have needed the other bedroom would have needed to find another accommodation. I hate to give bad reviews but in this case feel that people need to make sure this problem is resolved before they rent the home.

Million Dollar View

Everyone in our party of 6, loved this house and the view! The home was nicely furnished inside and out. The kitchen had anything you could possibly want. There’s a nice outdoor kitchen, but we did not take advantage of it as much as we should have. The pool was, also, very nice. With a wonderful view, comes a winding route up to the top of the island. You will definitely want to have a jeep. I would also make your first drive to the house, in the daylight. The roads are definitely memorable! LOL I would very much recommend this beautiful property.

Sea Vista Villa - Great!

Spent four nights at the Sea Vista Villa. Absolutely Awesome! The views are amazing and the home accommodating. Communication from the owner was very detailed and appreciated! Definitely recommend this property!A couple thoughts for future guests:The 3rd bedroom on the lower lever only has exterior access and limited views - could be a factor for those guests.Our house liaison Luzmey, did a great job in helping with details prior to our arrival. You will want to coordinate your taxi service and driver in advance of your arrival. The driveway to the home is a challenge for larger vehicles. Some taxis are not able to take you to the front door. Alvin was our driver and was phenomenal! Great experience!

Slice of Heaven!

From the adventurous ride in our rented jeep to what feels like the top of the world- Sea Vista Villa did not disappoint. Amazing views. Especially the stars at night. Great location. Wonderful home. Everything you need for the beach, snorkeling, and relaxing ag the pool. The outdoor kitchen is awesome. We cooked and ate in most nights. Owner and property manager were great to work with. Timely communication and great info. We highly recommend this wonderful home and a vacation to ST John. Loved hiking and snorkeling and just spending time together as a family. Perfect house in a quiet part of St. John

This house was perfect for our first trip to St. John. It's located in quiet Fish Bay, but still a quick trip to anywhere on the island. We enjoyed renting a 4x4 jeep to get to all of the beaches on North Shore and Coral Bay. We did go to the Westin twice which was only 5 mins drive to catch 2 excursions with Cruz Bay Watersports (the Night Kayaks and the Pizza Pi Snorkel trip). The house has everything we needed and was very comfortable for 2 adults and our 2 children (8 and 12). The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could need. Beach towels, chairs, snorkel gear, coolers, etc available for our use. The pool was our favorite way to end the day watching the sunset behind the mountain. Luzmey greeted us at the house and helped answer all of our questions. We hope to return again in the future!
