Amazing vacation

From our first contact with Ashley to our last contact with Brandon, our experience was beyond exceptional. When we arrived at the villa, we could not believe how beautiful it was. The rooms were so clean snd comfortable. The view was more beautiful than we could have asked for, snd the house was just simply, gorgeous. The trio exceeded our expectations. Our best vacation yet. We are looking forward to returning to St John and Maria Bluff, soon

Excellent Choice

We had 5 couples staying at this property. The property location and set up was perfect. We spent most time outdoors, but indoor layout would be perfect for a group if needed. Management was very responsive. We would easily stay at this property again.

The pictures didn't lie - the villa was exactly as expected. It met all our needs and the BookVI team was extremely responsive to our requests. We will definitely look to BookVI for our next visit to St. John.

Fabulous!

What gorgeous property!! We absolutely loved staying here. We had 4 couples and one single and it was perfect. You can't tell from the pictures but the 4 king bedrooms are separate from the main house so that was awesome for people wanting to sleep and others stay up. We loved the pool! Plenty of space throughout the house and every room was very nice and spacious. The host company was very helpful in planning our stay and suggesting restaurants, chef services and boat services. It is about 10-15 minutes in a car from Cruz Bay... very few properties are truly walkable from Cruz Bay. I hope we find an excuse to stay here again! We loved it!

Beautiful Maria Bluff!

Our family of eight including two teenage grandchildren spent an unforgettable week at Maria Bluff. The property is lovely. The view upon arrival is stunning, the pool is gorgeous and the kitchen is completely equipped to a near gourmet level. Linens and cleanliness are high quality (I’m fussy). The property managers are excellent! Very responsive and helpful. While the pictures of this property are good, the reality is better!

Week of paradise

This home was spectacular! We stayed for a week and the management team was helpful from start to end getting us a rental car, picking us up from the ferry! They were very communicative if I had a question they responded right away. The views on this home are stunning from every room! Pictures truly don’t do it justice! We will be back again!

Great family stay

The view is one of the best on the island! The property manager was amazing. The family space top notch! The pricing structure is the only thing I was disappointed in. For a home that boasts 5 bedrooms, to make guests pay extra for any guests beyond 4 seems a disconnect from the size of the home.

Beautiful home with amazing view

Our family visited in January. It was a perfect place for a family group or friend group to vacation. The accommodations were private, the beds were comfortable, the living and dining areas were very gracious. Kitchen was stocked with cooking needs for a large group. Plenty of seating and hang- out areas. The pool and patio/deck areas were ample with a great outdoor kitchen. We loved the home and would like to return again.

Luxurious and welcoming

Lovely house, comfortable and well-furnished. Wonderful pool. Landscaped grounds. Group of 8 adults had a spectacular time. All recommendations from property were on target, from taxi driver, to in-villa massage therapist, to caterer. Could not have had a better trip.

Best view on island

Could not have asked for a better house with a better view. By far the most amazing house I have ever stayed in. Brought our entire family over for our wedding and it was the perfect hosting house. From the pool to the sound system, the VIEW, it was surreal! Would 100000% stay here again!!!

Maria Bluff Thoughts

Nice property, large deck area, too cool to use the pool, road up, even by St John's standards a little rough. Property manager was excellent. If you want to walk you can, a big plus in St Johns. Nice kitchen. Out door furniture cushions need replacement.

Beautiful Property

Everything about our stay at Maria Bluff was absolutely wonderful. The house was beautiful and well appointed with everything we needed. Brandon, Ashley and Dabney were incredibly helpful in answering questions, helping with reservations for dinners and outings, coordinating delivery of our groceries, and making sure our arrival process was smooth -- Dabney even greeted us with chips, salsa and delicious rum punch, which was such a nice touch after a long travel day! This was our third trip to St. John and by far the best accommodations we've experienced. Can't wait to come back!

We stayed here for my 40th birthday with my adult siblings, and the setup was perfect for 8 adults, and up to more. The staff did a great job coordinating groceries and supplies. Amazing view and wonderful house!

Perfect home!

AMAZING! This home offers spectacular views and has everything you need for the perfect vacation. Our family of 8 enjoyed all that St John had to offer, but especially enjoyed our time sitting around the pool, eating dinners at the large kitchen table, playing pool and spending time together. The property manager and team was instrumental in making our stay 5 stars! They answered a million questions we had prior to arriving and was equally accessible and responsive once we were there. Do yourself a favor and book this home now! You won't regret it!
