Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Latitude 15A twice and liked it very much. The two things that need improving are a replacement cover for the hot tub, the current cover is disintegrating, and a real blender in the kitchen, currently there is a personal Nutribullet blender which is too small.

We loved our house and it was perfect for our needs. We especially enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and snorkel. The house was fully equipped in every way and very comfortable. This was the first time we had a rain storm and it was great! Warm rain and a lot of it. This villa has everything you need and catered to is wonderful! And as always the island, beaches and restaurants are fabulous! Love the fact we can stock the house before we arrive. We recommend this villa. It was a very relaxing vacation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Latitude 15A. There were 6 adults and the house was perfect! Each bedroom had it's own bath. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of room. THe standout was the outdoor space with pool, hot tub and plenty of seating to enjoy it all. A short stroll across the street to a nearly unheard of private beach - rocky but beautiful. We thorooughly enjoyed this home and recommend it to anyone looking for a gorgeous St John get away!

Steps to a clear-water swimming beach (bring water shoes); barely 8 min drive to Cruz Bay on smooth roads; everything needed for meals at home; plenty of outdoor spaces to relax in sun and shade; 3 delightful bedrooms w en-suite baths. Longer drive to North Shore, but great being able to walk to swim at Klein Bay. Less windy than higher elevations; South shore more sunny generally than North. Catered To great to work with as host; their properties always well maintained.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the most beautiful vacation on St. John! A big part of that experience was staying at Latitude 15A. It's a lovely home with amazing views of Klein Bay and just a short drive to Cruz Bay. The pool and hot tub were perfect! We enjoyed choosing which color light to use in the pool for evening swims. Connecting with our greeter was a breeze. We very much appreciated following her to the house and getting an introduction to the place. The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need! It's also beautifully decorated with artwork to get you in the Caribbean mood. We will definitely come back!

Absolute Perfection!

We stayed here with three couples in July 2023. There are so many wonderful things about this property. Our greeter met us at the ferry dock to drive us to the villa and get us settled. Jhelesa (our greeter) also was available throughout the week to answer questions for us. She was a rock-star! The villa was very clean and comfortable. Having each master suite with its own exterior entrance was great. The pool & hot-tub were perfect temps to cool off - or warm up - after a long day of adventures. We walked down to the beach in front of the villa one morning (Klein Bay) & snorkeled. The decor was West Indian - so it felt very authentic to St. John. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need to cook. Beach towels and coolers were available. Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. Coffee on the deck overlooking Klein Bay each morning was spectacular! We would all stay here again, and cannot wait to return. Communication with the rental company was exceptional - and they helped us out with everything we needed. All in all - a lifetime of memories and adventure & our stay in this villa made it absolutely perfect.

LONGER DAYS OF THE SUN ON THE POOL, WHICH MEANT IT WAS A PERFECT TEMPERATURE. THE BAY WAS CALM WHEN THE NO. SHORE HAD WARNINGS. CLOSE TO CRUZ BAY WHICH MADE IT CONVENIENT FOR GROCERIES. THE HOME WAS COMFORTABLE AND CLEAN LOCATED ON A DEAD END WHICH WAS VERY QUIET. THERE’S A PATH THAT IS 5 MINS FROM THE HOME WHICH LEADS TO A ROCKY BEACH. NOT GREAT FOR SNORKELING DUE TO NO REEFS, BUT WE DID SEE ONE TURTLE. THE PATH IS A BIT TOUGH DUE TO DIRT AND ROCKS, BUT IT’S A SHORT PATH. THE ONLY COMPLAINT WAS WE WERE TOLD THAT THE POWER OFTEN GOES OUT BUT NOT TO WORRY BECAUSE THE GENERATOR WILL COME RIGHT ON. WHICH IT DIDN’T, THERE WERE PLENTY OF FLASH LIGHTS, BUT NO BATTERIES. WE HAD TO DRIVE TO CRUZ BAY TO GET CELL PHONE SERVICE. AFTER TALKING WITH THE COMPANY, THEY SENT THE MAINTENANCE MAN OVER WITH BATTERIES (WHICH WE FELT BAD ABOUT HIM COMING ALL THE WAY THERE, THEN THE POWER CAME BACK). I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS VILLA FOR A RELAXING STAY.

Perfect Villa for friends and family

The layout of the villa worked great for both situations, providing privacy in each bedroom and having a great common area for eating and socializing. We will consider Latitude for future trips to STJ.
