The view was stunning and the space was beautiful for our family of 11.The place advertises as sleeps 12 which it does but you have to pay extra for any persons over 6 . So I believe it should be listed as sleeps 6 with additional cost for carriage house which sleeps 6 more . One of the reasons we chose this place was because it had a hot tub . In several reviews it was stated that the hot tub was not in working order . I specifically gave the host 3 months notice that we were interested in the use of the hot tub. We were informed two days before arrival that the hot tub was not working . Granted they sent someone out twice to try and get it working which we really appreciated but to no avail . So it was slightly disappointing to the entire family . They also advertise a chefs kitchen which was beautiful and a lovely space for all of us to hangout , however the chefs stove does not work . We’ve been to many Vrbo places and I feel like this one was stocked minimally . There was one bath towel per person and 6 beach towels total for the 11 of us . In summary it was a beautiful place, don’t get me wrong . The outside space is beautiful and the dining area was perfect for our family . They also provided an escort from the car barge to the villa which was extremely helpful . The road up to the villa is rocky but we expected that and didn’t mind that at all. The communication with the host was excellent and very timely . We enjoyed the proximity to the national forest as well .
