You park on the lower level and walk up the short walkway to the main entrance of the home. The main level includes your living, dining and kitchen areas plus one master bedroom and bathroom. Aria's windows and sliding glass doors are fully screened so you will enjoy the ever present trade winds that help keep the interior of this beautiful villa quite comfortable. The second master bedroom and pool are located on the lower level and are accessed via a spiral staircase. The pool level bedroom includes a private bath with tiled shower and the washer/dryer is also located off this bedroom. Both levels of this home enjoy the picturesque views looking out over Coral Bay and beyond.

LOCATION: Aria was skillfully carved out of the tropical forest on Ajax Mountain (Coral Bay - Northern Hillside). This very private and very romantic home is part of a 4-villa gated neighborhood. To the east and south are beautiful sweeping views of turquoise seas, blazing sunrises, Bordeaux Mountain, Coral Bay, and the British Virgin Islands. On the other 2 sides of this villa the natural, tropical environment was carefully preserved, thus giving Aria excellent privacy and the essence of a quiet, cozy mountain hideaway.

The warm waters and white sands of the National Park beaches at Maho Bay and Francis Bay are a 4-5minute drive. Cruz Bay is a 15- 18 minute drive and the restaurants and bars of the unique town of Coral Bay are a 5 -10 minute drive.

LIVING & DINING: The living room at Aria is quite charming and includes a white, wicker couch and two chairs, perfect for relaxing in after a day of island exploring. The living room includes a flat screen cable TV and internet. You are sure to enjoy the breathtaking views that look out over Coral Bay and beyond.

There are two choices for your dining pleasure, an interior table which seats 4-6 and an outside table which seats 4.

KITCHEN: White tiled floors, white walls and white counter tops contrast nicely with the beautiful custom built teak mahogany cabinets in the kitchen. The crisp, clean kitchen includes a 4 burner stove/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, double ceramic sink, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, blender, gas grill and telephone. A washer/dryer is off the lower bedroom.

BEDROOMS: The two air-conditioned master bedrooms are located on different levels of the home to insure maximum privacy. Each bedroom has a king bed and private attached bath with tiled shower. The lower bedroom is accessed by exterior stairs. Screened sliding glass doors on both bedrooms offer lovely views and both bedrooms open to a deck.
