Summer Salt is a stunning two-bedroom, ground floor apartment situated in an imposing and picturesque Victorian Townhouse within easy walking distance to the Town Centre and beautiful beaches that St Ives is famous for. This contemporary holiday home offers on-site parking for one car and has been refurbished to a high standard throughout while retaining its Victorian charm and personality providing spacious accommodation for couples or families alike. With a courtyard area to the back and an elevated front terrace there are plenty of seating where you can enjoy sundowners, alfresco meals and completely relax, unwind and enjoy the fabulous sea views.

The light and airy extremely spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with its comfortable sofa and two accent chairs are perfect to sit and relax whilst admiring the stunning views over St Ives through the large bay windows. Plush soft furnishings highlight the room with beautiful wooden floors and high ceiling. A smart TV and an original fireplace make this room even more sumptuous. The open plan kitchen is well-equipped with an American fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, wine cooler, double oven, 5-ring gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine and Smart TV.

The master bedroom is decorated with golden shades giving the room a warm glow. This bedroom has a king size bed, a Smart TV and ample storage. Bedroom two has two single beds with ample storage and a beautiful nautical theme. This bedroom also has a Smart TV. There is a good-sized family bathroom with a double ended bath and separate rainforest shower, wash hand basin and WC with effective lighting giving it a boutique hotel vibe.

At the front of the property there is an outside terrace area with a dining table with sea views, perfect for alfresco dining and sundowners. To the rear of the property is a terrace with bistro set with an outside tap and hanging area perfect for storing your wetsuits after a long day in the sand and surf. There is access to the parking spaces at the rear of the property.
