- Locked storage room with code access for your mountain bikes, fishing gear and golf clubs. Including charging ports for E-Bikes!
- Mountain bike repair station, grease your chains, tighten your seat and hit the trails!
- Hose station with wheel stand for easy wash-down of your gear at the end of a big day. Also suitable for washing down your boat.
- Stunning deck with outdoor furniture, and commanding views of Georges Bay, the ocean and beyond. Check the swell before you hit the water!

- 3 spacious bedrooms, all with built in wardrobes (master with walk in closet). All bedrooms are furnished with Queen size beds.
