Privately tucked away near the center of the island, just a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach (two blocks away), our home is close to restaurants and shopping. This nicely appointed 3 bedroom and 2 bath pool home is surrounded by beautiful gardens, raised beds, large outdoor patio surrounding a beautiful pool and a large outside seating area featuring a large fire pit. This area, is a great place to relax and gaze at the stars while enjoying the peace and tranquility of this exclusive location. Upstairs, you will find a large sitting porch overlooking this island oasis, this is perfect place to take in the ambiance of this quiet retreat with your morning coffee.

Inside you are met by a large living and kitchen area with soaring vaulted ceilings and amazing decorative woodwork. The living area features a 65" TV with access to all online streaming services including Youtube TV, Max, and Netflix. The home features 2 bedrooms on the main level, one queen bed with an en suite and one king bed suite just adjacent to the common bathroom. Upstairs features a crows nest sleeping area with a 360 view of the surrounding area, with one full bed. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV and ample storage for your personal effects.

The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals for your group. Featuring place settings for 8-10 individuals, as well as all of the kitchen hardware needed to prepare those home cooked meals. There is also a grilling area featuring a charcoal grill and outdoor cooking station. The home does have residential laundry facilities including a washing machine and dryer. Outside you will find a nice outdoor shower and fish cleaning station.

Home is equipped with a lift to the first level. There is plenty of covered parking under the house and a long driveway with room to park your boat.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Charming Home

We spent a lot of time on the veranda where we sipped tea and ate most of our meals. We were shaded by mature trees and flowering oleander bushes. Great pool area with fire pit.Living room comfortable with pleasing artwork. Bedrooms were good but we needed coat hangers to make use of the storage space. The loft bedroom was smaller than expected. Use of golf cart was awesome. Short walk to the beach. We didn’t use the charcoal grill as it would have been difficult to light without a chimney starter. All in all we would stay here again, in fact I wish I owned the property. Love this home and location.

Exceeds all expectations!

Our new favorite place! The owner went out of his way to make it a truly fantastic experience. Easy walk to the beach but so fun jetting around the island in the golf cart. House and kitchen have EVERYTHING you need. The fabulous couch and living area were perfect for our group of 4 adults but we spent most of our time in the pool and outdoor living area, heaven on SGI :)

Thanksgiving vacation

We enjoyed this home. It was perfect for our family of 4 and our German shepherd. The open kitchen and living area made for great family time. We loved the fenced-in pool area where we could let the dog roam, hang out by the fire, play games, etc. The golf cart was an added bonus as we always rent one anyway. We walked a few short blocks to the beach for sunrises, rode the golf cart downtown and to the bay for sunsets and fishing. Brett was very attentive and made everything easy. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Nice low-key getaway

Brett was great to work with and he was open and upfront about conditions after Helene. The pool was lovely to use but some shade options could set it apart a bit. Extras like the golf cart made getting around very simple and convenient. The beach chairs were great to have available for use. We would love to return in the future.

First time at St George and we had a great time. Owner was wonderful and so easy to communicate with. He checked in with us when we arrived to see if we needed anything. Home was spacious enough for 5 adults and two babies. Loved the sofa and tv streaming apps. The beach was about 2 blocks away but having golf cart made it easy to carry umbrellas and chairs, etc… Pool after a hot run was welcome site to come back to! We’ll be back.

Great home, great location, great owner

This property is as advertised. Quick and easy access to the beach and other amenities. The owner was readily available and made an on-site visit to ensure everything was ok, as the island had received record amounts of rainfall from a hurricane our week on property. I highly recommend this property, just don't take my spot!

Lovely pet friendly getaway

You are surrounded by nature. Beautiful private pool escape. Golf cart and all accessories included. Property and house pet friendly and our dog loved it. Definitely would recommend to anyone wanting to stay on SGI. We will definitely be back.

The Perfect Family Vacation Spot

Brett was a terrific host! He checked in with us to make sure everything was as it should. The pool was absolutely beautiful, the entire property was clean and well maintained. Loved having the golf cart included with the stay, easy beach access. My kids loved the outdoor games and fire pit.

Great place in St. George

The house was perfect for our group of 4- I’m sure it could accommodate a few more, but it gave us plenty of space- as we utilized the upstairs loft as an “office” for those of us that needed to keep up with work. The pool is great, and the golf cart was probably our favorite feature to use! Would recommend.

Great house!

We had a great time. The house was clean. The kitchen was well-stocked. The pool was great. The golf cart was a huge bonus to have, and made getting to the beach easy. It's nice that it's close to the middle of the island.

Fantastic place to stay, better than most!

Brett was a fantastic host and was very accommodating. The house was immaculate and it provided everything a vacationer would want, we were very impressed. The couch was to die for it was so comfortable to relax and watch tv. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were both a bath and a walk in shower which was nice. The outside grounds are very nice and the new pool area is wonderful, it has a nice outside shower. The pool itself is a relaxing experience and it's big enough to swim. We will definitely be coming back it's perfect for us! The owners provide extras that make the stay even better providing beach chair's and umbrellas, fun games and a golf cart!

The house was perfect for our family of four and the pool, golf cart, chairs/umbrella and games were great amenities! The golf cart drive or walk to the beach was short, and the beach was nice and not too crowded. Owner was very responsive when we had questions.

Ideal private location

Our family stayed for a week and really enjoyed this location that felt quiet and secluded - especially compared to more open houses closer to the beach. Owners were attentive and helpful. Property was clean and well maintained.
