Great stay

Everything was great from checkin to checkout. The rooms were clean, the beds were so comfortable. We got to sit in the hot tub and pool in the evening which was great! Breakfast was really good!

I TRIED and TRIED to CANCEL this reservation because my brakes failed on the road and I had to get them fixed, which took hours. So I ran out of time to get to St. George to use my reservation. I am DEAF and I cannot hear on the phone. For 25 years I have used email and text to do what other people do with phones. The motel could not help me because the reservation was made through Expedia. They gave me a PHONE NUMBER to call, but I can’t hear on the phone. What IS Expedia’s policy for communicating with people who cannot hear on the phone?

We really enjoyed our stay. We did the pre-check in. We came from a grueling hike and it was nice that we didn't have to wait to get checked in. The service was great. Also, the rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast was good too!
