9am to 11am knocking

My stay was very nice, EXCEPT we were continuously disturbed by housekeeping. We paid for “Late Check Out” and we used the “Do not disturb sign” however they kept knocking. I am bilingual and I was able to relay the information to the staff member but she didn’t believe me or I’m not sure why she continued to knock. So we just left at 11am. I would like to be compensated for the extra money I spent on the late check out request that we were not able to receive.

Staff was superb. Reservation was there, but not properly put into system. The front desk was so very nice and quickly fixed the error plus gave an upgrade ( not necessary but appreciated). Room was clean, nice, comfortable. Folks here care about their customers and that makes the stay all the more enjoyable

Everything was great except the staff member at check in. We had a late arrival as we were at the hospital all night. The guy at check in definitely didn't want to be there and it showed in his customer service.

Quick overnight, but good for dogs!

Cody was awesome and gave us weary travelers an upgrade to a room where our two dogs could be away from the noise, on the first floor and near an exit for easy access to outside.
