The place we stayed at was really clean. There is only one parking spot but the additional parking was close by so that wasn’t an issue for us. The pool and pickleball courts were walking distance. We’d definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay.

The Condo, pool area, and property is clean and well maintained. Security is used to help keep the area quiet at night. Would definitely stay there again.

Great family destination

When our Lake Powell trip fell through we needed a quick getaway. Our family enjoyed the pool and pickle ball. The lodging is beautiful and super comfy; a great place to just be together.

A good adventure start with a good stay!

We loved the house, it was neat, clean, super quiet and the house not only look beautiful but it was clean, so do appreciate the bed sheets were clean and in overall everything was perfect.

Beautifully furnished and set up, the Ritz exceeded our needs, and made for a great weekend. No issues at all. We will definitely be back!

Clean and bright

Unit was clean and walking distance to pool and pickleball court. We spent most our time on hikes, etc so it was nice to come back to a clean unit. Plenty of bed options for kids of different ages.

Ledges staff was excellent. Unit was nicely appointed. Resort is very tranquil.One small annoyance was the TVs. Each one seemed to be set up differently and the basic cable didn't appear to have the basic ESPN. Maybe they need to be checked after each renter so they are ready to go for the next.As I said, not a big deal. Would definitely rent at the resort again.

The house was very clean, well equipped in the kitchen, plenty of towels in the bathrooms as well as pool towels. The neighborhood pool & pickle ball court were an added bonus! Loved our visit to St George & we even extended our stay 1 day. Management was very accommodating to let us stay an extra day when I called the evening before we were supposed to check out.

Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked with basics. We would stay again for sure. Only complaint: the cleaning fee is high, especially as we were asked to strip beds, take garbage out, load dishes, etc. For that steep price, it would've been nice to just walk out. But it's a minor detail. Great place!

Nice townhome bit of a drive from St George

A comfortable stay in a nice and clean rental. :) Finally a rental with firmer beds! Slept solid. Plenty of activities kept us out during the day, but a it's a very comfortable place to spend the night. A bit out of the way to get to food and other activities in the area. Only minor distraction was that the house is a little noisy at night. We weren't sure if it was a neighbor with the TV on or a car down the street. Minor inconvenience.

At night the upstairs heater would not shut off, so I had to flip the breaker every night. The fancy thermostats are a nightmare
