We were given a handicap room (possibly because we checked in late) located at the end of the hallway near the exit door to the stairs. The doors slammed shut every time it was used thus making our evening stay unpleasant. The unexpected happened, my medication was missing from my shaving bag (Xanax), and wasn’t sure until we returned home and went through our luggage and bags that we realized in fact it was in the aforementioned bag. Lesson learned, don’t trust anyone…

Everything was great especially the front desk. Loved that there was a gym and beverages 24/7. Area was safe and there was lots of parking. Perfect gateway to Zion- only 20 minutes! I wish there was fruit during breakfast, that’s my only qualm.

I tried to cancel my reservation minutes after booking it because Expedia put me on the wrong property. I called the number Expedia gave me and it said to press 1 to make a reservation, press 2 to change or cancel. When you press 2 it says that you can only make a reservation. I now have to drive 40 minutes in the wrong direction to my hotel. I stopped into the Cedar City location, the front staff was helpful and tried to help, but Expedia refused to help them and refused to help me. I am beyond pissed!

The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Room was very clean and quiet. Highly recommend staying here. About a 20 minute drive to Zion national Park. We ate dinner at the stage Coach Grill, which was also excellent, a little pricey, but the best hamburger I’ve ever eaten highly recommend.
