Located on the gorgeous red rock side of town, Heritage Pointe is a great new vacation rental community in Santa Clara, Utah. With its close proximity to Tuacahn Amphitheater, Snow Canyon State Park, and Firehouse Park Reservoir, this neighborhood has you perfectly located to explore so much of what makes Southern Utah amazing! Directly across the street you will also find the Sand Hollow Aquatic Center that includes a diving pool, a rock climbing wall, a zero depth entry leisure pool featuring a water slide, and lots of interactive water toys for the kids!

Great condo, minus the farm directly behind it.
We came down for a Thanksgiving trip with our family. I really wanted to give a five star review, but the unit is directly behind a large farm with many animals. The roosters were horrible and would often start at 4 AM. The smell of the farm, and the flies were also a nuisance. The kids wish there was a hot tub near the pool and I think once all of the units are built out, it will be impossible to get on the Pickleball court. It was really clean and well-maintained. Everything else about the day was great.
