My room has been checked in to another person. Same quality room were not available Fortunately they had another one available but not he same quality. Smaller beds. Took over 30min to find a solution.

Je ne retournerai pas !

L’hĂŽtel Ă©tait vide Ă  notre arrivĂ©e Ă  15:00! En gĂ©nĂ©ral les hĂŽtels accepte le Check-in pareils mais pas la dame ! À notre retour 21:30 la personne au Check in ne comprenais pas trop ce qu’il faisait! 30 min Check in!!!! Ensuite arrivĂ© Ă  la chambre porte de salle de bain brisĂ©e et pas de savon Ă  main ! Tout ça en chambre supĂ©rieur en plus ! Breffff! Je ne retournerai jamais et je classifierais plus comme motel et non HĂŽtel !
