Small room but great.

The room felt small but in truth it was large enough. It had the feel of more like staying at a friends rather than staying at a motel. Great for access to Sequoia & Kings Canyon National park. Did not get a chance to try the pool, because it was too cold for me, but it did look well maintained. I would look forward to staying here, if i get to visit area again.

If you’re looking for a tiny (5 room) road side place to sleep this motel serves that purpose. It’s about a 40 minute to the entrance of Sequoia and there are no services near by. Host was very pleasant.

Squaw Valley peaceful stay

The place is quiet. I love that the place is only 30 mins away from Kings Canyon. There is also a Dollar General store across so you can always drive back and forth for some necessities. Pet friendly, with very minimal fee. Bed was comfy, room was well kept with quaint designs, makes you feel at home. It will be nice to have more coffee selections, the coffee had in our room was blah. Overall it was an awesome stay!

35-40 minutes down a single road to the Big Stump entrance at King’s Canyon National Park, which made it the perfect launching pad for adventures around the Sequoias. Room was tiny but quiet, clean, and with what appeared to be a brand new, tiled, stand up shower. Perfect for one or two guests.

Nice motel!

We stayed here a night before going into Kings Canyon, nice motel room. Comfy to sleep in, so it served it's purpose well. The room was warm when you first go in, however there's an air conditioner, so that's no problem! You can make coffee in your room, and the breakfast served is little packaged breakfast bars or oatmeal. The owner was very nice to talk to. If I stay in the area again I'd book here again.
