Horrible property. Staff took it upon themselves to cancel my reservation despite a phone confirmation with front desk staff. Refused to let me stay or issue a refund. It felt like a shakedown or scam.

The people and property are nice, however, they have a serious ant problem. I stayed there for two nights and when I came back to my room the first morning tiny ants covered the desk. I went to the front desk and was given a bottle of Windex to use. “It kills them on contact” the housekeeper said. She was right and I proceeded to wipe up hundreds of them. They even got into my daily medication box which was a pain to clean. I was offered another room, but the front desk clerk said I may encounter more ants since they have been having this problem for a while. “We’ve been working with Orkin.” Well I’d say get a refund! It would have been nice if they had given me a discount on my room, but that required manager approval.
