Guests have access to public lake access via the public road. There is no private or direct lake-access path across neighboring properties. Guests must use only public access routes when going to and from the lake.

Use of neighboring or third-party private docks is strictly prohibited without the owner’s permission.

Lake equipment, kayaks, paddleboards, fishing equipment, and other items must not be transported across neighboring lawns or private property. Guests must remain within the rental property’s boundaries or use designated public areas and public roads.
