My friends and I love this place. It’s a very relaxing getaway. This home has everything you need, it’s been our go to for a girls weekend for a few years now. The location is perfect, there’s always manatee swimming by which never gets old and lots of friendly people passing by.

Everything was perfect! The house has anything you could possibly need. The location is perfect, within walking distance of a restaurant and the park where you can swim and put in kayaks/paddleboards. We took the kayaks up to Weeki Wachee state park and kayaked all the way down to the house (about 4 hours). Would love to stay there again!

River house

We absolutely loved our stay at the river house ! Both the adults and kids had a wonderful time! We loved kayaking and hanging out by the river!! This house was so perfect!! It was super clean, very functional and totally comfortable!! We can’t wait to book a future trip here !

Once again, this place was amazing. Exactly what our family needed. Perfect location and all the amenities. Owner is amazing and always going above and beyond for her guests. Manatees galore! Even saw a dolphin pod.

My family and I stayed here for nine days. The house is beautiful and is a great location for both the main spring and the gulf. The hosts are great and responsive. We had nine adults and three children staying here and there was plenty of space for all. We saw manatees, dolphins, endless fish, turtles, otters and more! An amazing vacation for both adults and kids at Weeki Wachee River Retreat!

This home was able to comfortably accommodate our large family of 10 adults and 2 children with plenty of privacy for everyone! We enjoyed the river every single day! The location of this home is just perfect. The house was clean and everything was in working order. It was a wonderful vacation for us!

Perfect Family Retreat

The beautifully decorated River Home was a perfect retreat for our family. Everyone had a clean, comfortable bedroom, lots of room to socialize and relax, and a peaceful view of a variety of wildlife. Some chose to kayak, some hung out on the pier and the porch, and others loved the retro gaming console. The four bathrooms are a wonderful amenity, as well as the secondary kitchen area. The owners are incredibly accommodating and thoughtful. We were so happy to stay at this home for a second time, and we hope to stay here again in the future. It’s awesome!

Wonderful family vacation home

This home is beautifully decorated and very clean. There was plenty of room for our family to enjoy time together inside as well as on the outdoor porch, the firepit seating area and the dock. The beds were comfortable and there were enough bathrooms for all. It is a prime location for enjoying the river and wildlife. We saw manatee every day--one came right up to our dock! We would definitely stay here again.

Weeki wachee river house

Absolutely beautiful home on the clear waters of Weeki Wachee river. Location was fun and perfect. The house was spacious, clean, comfy beds, with all the necessities. We will definitely be renting again. Thank you for allowing others to share your river house.

Another successful, relaxing and fun girls trip had at the Weeki Wachee River House. This place never disappoints. We love all the visits from wildlife everyday. Dolphins, manatees and otters this trip. So conveniently located to boat rental and restaurants and you can’t beat the river right out back. See you soon River house. We will definitely be back.

Girls Friendsgiving Weekend

We had the best time at this beautiful and cozy home celebrating our friendships! We had plenty of room and it was extremely clean! It was beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we could ever need…. Top notch cooking ware, canoes, kayaks, fire pit, grill and televisions in every room! It was so comfortable that it felt like home! The location is perfect just three doors down from the Upper Deck restaurant and Roder’s Park! A Big Thank You to the property owners for thinking of everything and putting such nice finishing touches on your lovely home! We enjoyed ourselves tremendously ❤️

Great location right by Rogers Park

Family vacation with 3 generations. Everyone had fun from 8-65 yrs. Huge house and the kids loved that they had their own space in basement with 2nd kitchen, bathroom and even Pac-Man game. We used several of the kayaks and brought 2 boats. Nice grills and a propane fire pit with seating by the water. Very well stocked and tons of spices for cooking!

Look No Further

If you are looking for the perfect family get away spot for a group…This is it. Three levels of well decorated clean comfort. The view from the porches is wonderful. There are so many things available to keep everyone entertained. We particularly enjoyed the under dock lights at night. So many fish were there to observe in the illuminated crystal clear water. Manatee swam right up to us while we were swimming during the day. We took a beautiful sunset paddle in the kayaks. There is a tiki bar within walking distance if you’d like some music and cocktails. The people watching from the vantage point of the dock was fun as well. Check in and out went smoothly. Communication was flawless. We had an issue with the washer as we were leaving, and they accommodated us with no problem. I can’t say enough about this place and how well managed it is. We hope to make this a yearly destination and eagerly look forward to returning.

Amazing!

Perfect location. Beautiful home, so spacious. We saw Manatee swim right up to the dock. We really enjoyed swimming, the kayaks, and the atmosphere in general! The hosts responded to issues immediately (our fault, not theirs). There are plenty of towels and all the tools you need for cooking. If you want some delicious appetizers and an icy cocktail… you can walk to a tiki bar. Far enough away that you don’t hear it, but close enough to be a fun stroll. The night light on the dock showcases the fish and crabs you can’t see during the day. Our family can’t wait to get back to enjoy it all again!

Great place!

This was the perfect place for our family of 8 adults and 1 toddler. The house is beautiful and easily accessible. Plenty of room to separate when needed (especially with a noisy 2 year old) and common areas for dinner time. The river is right out your back door with plenty of manatee sightings each day. The kayaks worked great and the dock was a great place to fish.

Great place. Great location!

My family had a great time. We had everything we needed. The location is great. Kids had a blast swimming in the river and kayaking. If you like people watching you will love seeing everyone attempting to navigate the bridge where the current can be quite strong on an outgoing tide. I will definitely recommend this place to others.

Beautiful location but come prepared!

Our family had a wonderful time on the river at this place! It's a 5 star home & location for sure, however there are many things that we found lacking for spending thousands to stay here for a few nights. Come prepared with plenty of extra toilet paper as we were given one roll per bathroom. Also bring your own baking sheets if you plan on cooking as we found none and had to get our own. Parking is extremely limited for a house this size. Contact with the owners was challenging leading up to our stay. Oh and bring your own propane bottle if you plan to grill, as the owners expect you to replace the entire bottle, even if you use it just one time. All in all, we had a great stay. But when I'm spending this kind of money on a place, I expect the smaller details to be just as classy as the home and the location.
