Both bedrooms come with king beds, fresh linens, and their own full bathroom. Each bathroom is stocked with towels, toiletries, and a hair dryer.

The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for real meals, not just microwave dinners:

- Microwave and dishwasher
- Pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and everything you need to cook
- Cuisinart drip coffee maker (filters and coffee provided)
- Haden electric kettle for tea, oatmeal, or whatever you need

- 75" Smart TV with all the popular streaming channels set up

One note: there is a locked owner's closet near the patio entrance. That's the only area not accessible to guests.

A FEW THINGS WORTH KNOWING

This home is a two-unit property:

- Your unit (Unit A) is the upper level with its own private entrance and access to the private back patio.
- The lower unit (Unit B) has a separate entrance accessed through the front yard and a path along the right side of the home, with exclusive access to the bottom patio and fenced yard.

Please be mindful of noise during quiet hours (10 PM to 6 AM), and we ask the same of our downstairs guests.

Security: An exterior camera faces the front entrance and records 24/7 for security purposes only. There are absolutely no cameras inside the home.
