Perfect place for us!

This location could not be more beautiful. Our host was very communicative, and helpful. It was a perfect place for us. Very close to our family and a nice quiet neighborhood. We hope to stay here again.

Cozy, Comfy, Convenient

Perfect spot for a quick volleyball tournament stay. It was lovely to come back from a long day to a comfortable setting for a good nights sleep. Appreciated the ability to easily communicate with the owner.

Wonderful!

We loved our stay here. The cottage is beautiful, comfortable, and immaculate. The kitchen is extremely well stocked. Debi was extremely helpful and friendly. The neighborhood was quiet but close to both downtown Spokane and Coeur d’Alane. We enjoyed having a fire and hope to come back in the summer to enjoy the pool and orchard!

Orchard House Heaven

This great little cottage is artfully decorated, and thoughtfully appointed with all the kitchen and bathroom necessities. We came during winter, and the house was totally cozy. Working remotely was a breeze.

Best Place Ever

I stayed here with my Son and Daughter-in-law, my experience was a wonderful one. The cottage is very charming, very clean, and cozy. The owners are wonderful, very accommodating and enjoyed when they hung out with us at the pool. This is a 10 out of 10 top notch place in my opinion, and I will be returning in the future. 🥰❤️

Great event space for family grad party

We had a beautiful college grad party in a clean and well stocked home. Debi went above and beyond to make sure all our guests had enough space and supplies to have a great time. She even improvised a bit with a surprise weather event to make air our party went well. Would love to stay again - highly recommend especially loved the warm outdoor living area and fireplace by the pool.

Wonderful Cottage

My husband and I stayed in the lovely cottage and had a reception on the grounds. Deb was in constant communication with me and so very accommodating! Everyone that attended our reception complemented how perfect the property was and wanted to know the details to stay themselves. Not kidding 4 of my guests are olanning on bringing family to stay and enjoy the orchard, fire place and pool. We definitely want to stay again- this time longer!

Great spot!

We came over for our son's graduation. The cottage had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and cooking a couple dinners! The outside area was so relaxing and we enjoyed great family time out there! We will definitely stay again!

Epic house tucked in the city

We absolutely loved this place. As long as it is available, we wont stay anywhere else. So comfortable and clean. Even though you are minutes from everything, you cant hear a sound. The property is covered in trees and the pool area lit up at night is so inviting. We had two bedrooms and two bathrooms, more space than we needed but picked this place in the event our sister joined us. Debi is awesome, she greeted us out by the pool just to introduce herself. She was quick to reply with texts about where to eat, or how far something was. Truly a gem finding her and this spot.

Cozy Valley Hideaway

Private, quiet, cozy cottage, yet just minutes from shopping and restaurants. Easy nearby interstate access for travel to Spokane or Coeur d'Alene. Fresh apples from the little orchard were a bonus. Owner very pleasant and responsive.

Special Cottage in Spokane

From the moment we pulled into the driveway, we could tell that this would be a special place to stay. The exterior of the cottage and the grounds are charming, and the inside of the cottage was equally so. We had everything we needed for our stay and we were within easy travel distances to the hikes and bike rides that we were planning to enjoy. We spent some time one evening visiting with our delightful host Debi around her 100 year old fireplace that sits next to the pool area. We all agree that this was one of our best VRBO experiences ever.

Beautiful hidden gem in spokane

It was a pleasure to stay at this beautiful property and it felt like we were enjoying nature in the middle of the city. Easy to get to, and plenty of room. Building was perfectly insulated and the rooms were very cozy. Host was very accommodating and communicative. Would 100% stay here again. Excellent value and conveniently located close to anything you could want. Awesome experience!
