Sadly the check in was poorly done . The man didn't try to help me with my request during check in . Noisy neighbor, connecting room door was horrible .i heard everything from room next door . Literally it sounded like they were in my room !

The walls are super thin. I was awakened at 7:00 a.m. on Sunday by my neighbors alarm going off for more than 5 minutes. The coffee maker was missing the basket ... the front desk opened a room for me so I could take that basket. They seemed to be out of regular coffee for the rooms. I would not stay here again.

The location is great as it is close to Pinehurst golf, shopping and food. However, the rooms need some love. We had to be moved rooms after being woken up by a rat in our room chewing through a closed bit of Wheat Thins.

It is in an area which is very convenient to visit Pinehurst, Southern Pines or Aberdeen and many restaurants and shopping nearby. For a visit ro 1st health it is less than 5 mins away.

The wrong day was booked. I showed up and was told the hotel was completely booked and he was not issuing a refund and I was not getting another room. It was going to allow me to book the same room on Expedia for the night I was there so I know it wasn’t booked. I asked if I could get two smaller rooms (I booked a big room) and pay the difference and he insisted the hotel was completely booked and I would not be getting a refund. I contacted Expedia, who reached out to the hotel and they still refused it.

Great Staying Hotel

Everything was great only complaint was the slow elevator it took forever to come and forever for the door to open when you inside, other than that the hotel staff was excellent

The front desk was not very welcoming & entry reeked of cigarettes/marijuana.There was a language barrier at check in, so that could be why the vibe felt off. Got to the room & cigarette/marijuana smell lingered. The room looked surface clean but I noticed there was hair in the bathroom floor. Pubic looking hairs, that was distasteful. When I pulled the cover back there was long black hair in it. The outside property was clean, felt safe. I was more concerned about the inside. The workers i encountered during the stay weren’t very pleasant. I walked past one employee, smiled, said good morning and she had no response or smile to share back. Must not be a morning person 😬 I was late for check out because I was in town for an appointment and it ran over. I did try to call but the line was disconnected, eventually a man called from his cell about an hour after checkout time & he was understanding. So that was accommodating and kind because I had no other pleasant experience with the employees. While I didn’t feel leery about the outside and property, I do feel as if there are drug related happenings on the inside. Thankfully I've never struggled with drug addiction but I’ve had loved ones that have & I know the smells. I didn’t only smell weed but it reeked of chemical drugs. If you know you know. The mannerisms/body language of the employees left me suspicious/concerned. Praying for them! It served its purpose though. A roof over us and kept safe 🙏 Considering..

I had dirty socks under the covers on the bed I was in. We were moved to another room which was a big inconvenience at 10:30 at night. I was not given a refund. This hotel is horrible.

The walls are paper thin. I had to switch rooms. There was no soap in either room. I was told that the ground floor had recently flooded due to the storm, that was the reason for my stay as well. It was clear there had not been time to mop and it smelled musty. The staff was very friendly though. They were out of supplies the first morning of my stay for breakfast and the staff seemed a bit frazzled. But otherwise they were very nice.
