Excellent staff. Meal options limited. Recommend breakfast options but dinner expensive and not great variety. Bermuda is expensive so that is taken for granted. Beach area nice and private. Taxi transportation expensive and walking to venues is out of question. Bus is option but did not try.

The Reefs was clean overall. The room we got there were issues with the patio door and the glass shower door was leaking, hence water got into the bathroom area, don’t think the AC was serviced as it was not getting very cold at 68F. When sitting in the patio, there were old pipes etc in the gravel area, very unsightly.

Beautiful place! Room had amazing view. November visit, so not many other visitors. Staff friendly and helpful. Food delicious. There was a $52 daily “service charge” I wasn’t expecting.

Overall, this is a great hotel. The room could use a little TLC, but the view is amazing and the location is incredibly relaxing. There isn’t much around the hotel, so getting anywhere requires a drive or a bus ride. While there are multiple beautiful beaches along the shoreline, walking to them can be dangerous since there are no sidewalks. The food at the hotel restaurant is quite good, and it’s a wonderful spot if you’re looking to simply relax and enjoy the sun and beach. As a more active traveler, I found that many restaurants and shops were a bit of a hike to get to. I stayed here for friend’s birthday trip and overall had a very enjoyable experience.

The reefs is a gorgeous and professionally run property that we would highly recommend. We would have rated the staff and service a 5 except for the bar which is staffed by bartenders that are not at all friendly or accommodating. The exception was Jennifer who was a delight! The staff in all other areas is fantastic!!!!!
