Enjoy complete privacy in your spacious, resort-inspired backyard. The highlight is a sprawling 20x40 ft heated pool (3ft–10ft deep) with custom lighting for evening swims. The outdoor kitchen is fully equipped for al fresco dining, featuring a high-end grill, searing burner, icebox, and sink. Relax by the fire pit or rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach.

Private Home Theater: Located in the basement, our dedicated cinema features an Xbox gaming setup and a foosball table for endless group fun.

Great house with awesome backyard

My friends and I had a great stay at this property. All bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and set up when we arrived. The backyard is a large space with plenty of seating for outdoor dinners. The grill is great!!

We enjoyed our stay at this house! So much that we extended our trip for a couple of days. The house was well equipped with a pool, great outdoor area, movie theater in the basement, foosball and karaoke. There were some dings (small dents) around the house but everything was clean. The owner was responsive to any questions we had. The house is located near town and the beach, a 5-10 minute drive to either. A great time overall!

There are 25 year old homes in better condition than this "newly renovated" one.

The house was advertised as newly renovated. However, the workmanship was terrible. Like that of a child. A lot of the newly installed hardware was falling apart. The door handles were falling off. The toilet paper holder fell off the wall. So did the towel racks. The faucets in the bathroom sink were loose and kept moving all over. The back door would not lock which made it hard to sleep and feel safe. The beds were new, but so uncomfortable we would barely sleep.
