Place is pretty basic and room is quite small but for the price can't complain. We only needed two nights stay in Southampton before a cruise trip and didn't need anything luxury. This place fit the bill and is super close to the cruise terminal and national express bus station.

It is convenient in location but you cannot imagine a 3-people bedroom without an enclosed dry area in bathroom that you can change and wear clothes before/after shower. You can only change clothes in the open area inside the room! While the toilet is a separate room. It is only suitable for family. It would be very embarrassing for friends. And there are only 2 sockets for charging… and no hand towel provided (only the large bath towel).
