Walk in the door and you are instantly in holiday mode.  This holiday home features beautifully restored polished timber floors and a stunning stone kitchen with waterfall edges.  European appliances, gas cook top and high 2.8m ceilings with an original featured cornice.

A lovely, large open plan air conditioned living area to relax in featuring gorgeous blue gum timber beams.

All three bedrooms are spacious with ceiling fans and are positioned well away from the heart of the house.  Bedding consists of 2 queen and 1 trio. We don't supply linen, all the beds have mattress protector, pillow case, pillow, quilt and quilt cover. You will need to bring your own sheets and towels, bath mat, tea towels You will also need to bring your own washing powder, kitchen detergent, rubbish bags, soap and toilet paper, etc.

The main bathroom has a shower over the bath and a toilet.  There is an extra shower and toilet in the laundry.

Spotted gum hardwood deck with large gas BBQ and insulated roof overlooks backyard perfect for the kids and dog.

Please note this property is Pet Friendly , however your furry friends must remain outdoors.
Under no circumstances are you furry friends allowed inside.

There is an outdoor shower in the backyard to rinse under after the beach.

Drive through single garage.

Ideally positioned with a north/south orientation only 300 metres to the lush green fairways of the local 18 hole golf course and Country Club.  Stroll to the magical waters of Trial Bay and the historical Trial Bay Gaol or the centre of town.

While we ensure that all beds are equipped with mattress protectors, pillows, pillowcases, quilts, and quilt covers, we kindly ask guests to bring their own sheets, towels, bath mats, and tea towels. The property was not quite what we expected from the photos. The beds were uncomfortable and need an upgrade and the bathroom was small. It is on a major road with traffic noise and it did not feel private. We had an issue with the curtains and blinds being covered in mould and so we had to cut our holiday short as we were unable to continue to stay at the property. Elders SWR were helpful and understood our concerns.

We found the property needs a good clean and the shower/bathroom was very mouldy. Unfortunately there were road works being done right out the front of the house which we weren't told about so our much needed getaway wasn't quiet and relaxing like we had hoped.

The house is in a great spot only a short stroll to the beach. The property was dirty on our arrival The kitchen has good appliances but missing some utensils. Beautiful and relaxing location to holiday.

Great house at the end of a quiet street. Great for family and friends. Good for kids or if you have a dog. I didn't hear the neighbours dog bark once. It had most facilities that you need, including wifi, which was not advertised. The TV can't connect to the internet to watch Netflix unless if you add an external device of your own. It was a bit dusty in areas, the cleaners didn't do the best job, you could notice the blinds in particular had a lot of dust.
