Worked out great!

The house was great for our annual ski trip! We had 8 ppl and the place was plenty big to accommodate everyone comfortably. Only about a 10 min drive to heavenly, which was great. The pin ball machine was broken, but otherwise everything else was as advertised!

Lovely Tahoe

Stayed with my adult children and spouses. Lots of bedrooms. 2 family rooms, which worked well for those that needed to work. We enjoyed the hot tub. Kitchen was well outfitted. Located very close to shopping, downtown area and Heavenly base camp/ gondola/ and tram. Wo yo d recommend

Great Home

Great family vacation. This home is excellent for families. If it just had sun shades in the main room it would be perfect. Kitchen well equipped, kids loved the games and played in snow right outside house. Close to everything at South Lake Tahoe. Host was great. Great place to stay and enjoy.

Amazing place to stay in Tahoe!!

We had an amazing time in Tahoe at this spectacular home and enjoyed coming back to it each day. It was so relaxing and accomodated our group of 10 so comfortably. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Tahoe!!

Great house, great location.

I booked this house for a group of friends in our thirties. There are lots of comfortable rooms and five full bathrooms. The house is beautiful and everything worked perfectly. The only thing I wish I realized before booking is that there is really no yard or accessible outdoor space if that's important to you. There's a natural area behind the house, but it's not suitable for yard games or other outdoor activities. There are two very nice patios, though, for some outdoor relaxation or meals. Our group just usually plays lots of games like KanJam and Cornhole, and there's really no where to do that here. Other than that, the house met all of our expectations and I would definitely come back for a different kind of trip.

Memorable stay

We just had a family reunion of 11 people and rented the property for 2 weeks. The house is amazing and very well furnished, with ample space for everyone and lots of amenities: hot tub, a generous deck with grill, pool table and video games, several big screens, open kitchen, dining and living areas. Only minor details were the cushions on the deck's sitting areas (some of them too worn out), lack of extra cleaning pills for the hot tub and a small leak in the master suite's WC. Location is very nice in a quiet neighborhood, 10 minutes away from restaurants, grocery stores and downtown South Lake Tahoe.

Almost Five Stars

The house was very nice, and the location was convenient and beautiful. The kitchen was large and had lots of dinnerware and pots and pans. It had a nice size dining table and also a large table on the deck so there was plenty of seating for dinner and games. We loved the game room and we had a lot of fun playing pool.It would be five stars except for a few things. Most issues are just some minor maintenance things, like loose towel racks, door handles, and faucets. The fan in the room with the bunk beds didn’t work. One of the chairs on the deck had the arm broken off and it was just sitting on the table. They just need to get a handyman in to fix these minor issues. The first night we did smell a gas leak out by the barbecues on the deck. We texted the rental agency and they were very quick to respond and sent out the gas company immediately that evening and a plumber the next day. The main issue for our group of ten were the bathroom locations. There are five bathrooms, but the bedroom upstairs has no bathroom so you have to go down the stairs to use the bath on the main floor. My grandson stayed up there so it worked for him. However, two of the downstairs bedrooms had to share a bathroom. That meant we had four people sharing one bath. I had my own bathroom and offered my large bath for others to shower. Probably a little inconvenient for those who had to share. I know it’s pretty hard to find a home with more than five baths. All and all we had a wonderful time!

Family getaway

This house was amazing ! Our family really enjoyed our stay! Very clean great set up/decor! Our group had children and teens and really enjoyed the game room! The snow hill in the back was perfect the kids enjoyed playing and tubing. The house was very clean and the beds were very comfortable! Two bedrooms have amazing jetted tubs ! Can’t forget the beautiful views all around this home. We will definitely be back ! This house was also well equipped with amenities which was a huge plus !

Beautiful property

The house is just as shown. Loved the snow hill behind the house. There is plenty for rooms for large groups. We loved the loft and especially the pinball machine. If I can find one thing, and it’s hard to do, the pillows are awful. Very flat and in need of new ones. Also they only put two on the king/queen beds and one on twins. The king bed is extra cozy. We will definitely return!! Thank you sooo much for opening your house.

Disappointed

House showed really well. Good location. However, we was disappointed there is no coffee and A/c downstairs in the house. It was hot to sleep at night. But that’s ok. We can manage. And then, No hot water, we took cold shower for two nights. First night at 11pm. Someone came to help turned on the water heater.. but we still don’t have hot water for two days until we discovered. The guy turned on the water heater but he never adjust the temperature. It was the on the lowest. We put on high ourselves. ( are we supposed to be the customers not the maintenance guy). So we only had hot shower for last day. Also, the kids shower drain was having issues, all plugged up. And kids tub was having problems.. it was making crazy noise while they were trying to using it. Scared my kids. The master suite downstairs shower valve was having problem. We could not use the hot water at all. Our family has family annual trip every year. So we always rent air bnb. We never experienced anything like this. With the price we paid for. It was really disappointing.

Specially the downstairs theater room with the 80 in entertainment room while the adults were upstairs enjoying some pool and foos ball plenty of space the rooms are bigger then they look in the pictures.

Private Residence Fully Stocked

This house was absolutely fantastic for our group. As the previous reviews mentioned you cannot use the deck past 10 pm, but we did not find this an issue at all and the neighbors were very friendly. What we loved most is how comfortable and stocked the house was. The furniture and fixtures are all very beautiful and we were glad to see so many extras included in the rental. Truly an amazing vacation! Thank you again to the host for helping make it easy for us to enjoy our time!

Amazing!

Everything about the property was great! Perfect space, super clean and organized! Property manager was quick to respond with questions. This home is in the perfect location and had a wonderfully stocked kitchen. We will definitely stay here again!
