The Space:

This spacious South Lake Tahoe home combines comfortable gathering spaces with practical amenities for families and smaller groups. With three bedrooms, two living areas, 2.5 bathrooms, and flexible sleeping options, the home is well suited for family vacations, small group getaways, and mountain trips throughout the year.



The upper level features an open-concept kitchen, dining area, and great room centered around a beautiful two-sided stone fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a gas range, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, cookware, dinnerware, and other essentials for preparing meals. The granite island provides additional seating, while the large dining table seats up to eight.



The main living area includes comfortable seating and a 65" Samsung Smart TV with Spectrum Cable through the app. A second 65" Samsung Smart TV and a 55" Vizio Smart TV provide additional entertainment throughout the home.



Downstairs, a separate living area gives groups another place to spread out. It includes a foosball table, TV, premium seating, and a queen XL sofa sleeper. The lower level also opens directly to the large fenced backyard.



The primary suite is located upstairs and features a king bed, two walk-in closets, and a private bathroom with a large glass walk-in shower, double vanity, heated floors, and oversized standalone soaking tub.



The two lower-level bedrooms include a queen bedroom and a bunk room with both a twin-over-twin bunk and queen-over-queen bunk, giving families flexible sleeping arrangements.



Outside, the property has multiple decks, a large fenced backyard surrounded by tall pines, a private hot tub, and a Weber BBQ with spare propane.



The home also includes central A/C, a washer and dryer, Level 2 240V EV charger, Pack-n-Play, high chair, baby gate, and kids dinnerware.



The location puts you approximately 10 minutes from Heavenly and Pope Beach, with Lake Tahoe Golf Course just outside the neighborhood and Sierra-at-Tahoe about 20 minutes away.

You have exclusive access to the entire cabin, including the private backyard, hot tub, and garage. The home features a fully equipped kitchen and spacious living areas. Please note that one owner closet remains locked. We invite you to enjoy all other areas of this mountain retreat.

Nestled in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, our cabin offers the perfect mountain retreat while remaining conveniently close to Pioneer Trail. This prime location ensures you have easy access to everything South Lake Tahoe has to offer, from world-class skiing and hiking trails to vibrant local dining and shopping. Whether you are looking to explore the great outdoors or simply enjoy a peaceful escape, our home serves as the ideal base for your adventures, allowing for seamless travel in and out of town.



Getting Around:

We provide free on site parking for up to four vehicles but street parking is prohibited. An electric vehicle charger is available for your use. Although our home is in a quiet mountain setting it is located near Pioneer Trail for easy access. The Reno Tahoe International Airport is about a seventy five minute drive away. Local public transportation including the South Tahoe Airporter and bus services are available in town to assist with your travel.
