It was my first time staying at four winds and it was awesome. The atmosphere is great, the staff was very friendly and professional, we went to a couple of the restaurants bars and played at the slots.And it was all around just a great time. Our stay was excellent. Christine at the hotel check in was exceptional taking care of our room requests and went above and beyond! Room was very clean, comfortable and better than we expected. Great job Four Winds South Bend!!! We prefer this location now over New Buffalo. Also the staff in the casino was very helpful and the bartenders were very friendly.

This is the place to book! Absolutely stunning, clean, cozy and welcoming all into one. I had no clue when I got there it would be this gorgeous resort. It was so clean you could have eaten off of the floor. The staff are SO SWEET. Dee was amazing and the other girl on night shift with the really pretty unique name with curly hair. I wrote a survey two days ago and before I checked out, Dee thanked me up and down to acknowledge me. I mean, just incredible staff and the food is awesome. We even got to see live music on thursday and the buffet was SO FRESH! I will be back time and time again!!!

Its a beautiful place, but unfortunately my sleep was interrupted by hammer, saw and drilling noises. I dont know where exactly the noise was coming from, but to me it was coming from above. I didn't get to sleep in at all. I am driving to Florida today. I will need to stop sooner than i wanted to. Hopefully the next place is quiet.

Listen… I booked this as a cyber Monday deal for work. Never been to Indiana and went out on a limb trying this place. It’s absolutely impeccable, spotless and the staff and cleanliness are top tier. I travel all over the invited states for work and this place is absolutely a breath of fresh air. I am actually staying until Dec 5th but I am 100% coming back in the future and telling family and friends about this place. I also really really really need to shout out the front desk girls who work night shift. DEE & the other woman was a light skin woman with super kinky curly hair (I am so sorry I didn’t think to look at the name tag) but she was so kind and pleasant. They helped me get my reservation fixed and they were so classy and sweet and genuine. Both had such great sense of humors and that was just such a nice welcome from start to finish. THANK YOU LADIES FOR ALL OF YOUR HELP!!!!!
