Nice relaxation spa hotel

Nice place. Reception was very cold and not helping about lunch. We ended up in Urheiluopisto to eat. The sauna world and the spa facilities were very relaxing and enjoyable. Made us enjoy our stay...

Mixed feelings

After a long drive, we waited an hour at the reception to check in (actually an hour and 4 minutes). The room was quite outdated. I think the whole place needs renovation, but the room was bad and especially the bathroom. There was no place to dry clothes and equipment. The spa is nice and the kids enjoy it. The breakfast was good. The service was friendly and welcoming. The problem was that the reception was so full when we arrived.

Viilennys tuulettimesta . Käytävän oven lukko rikottu yöllä. Suihkun seinät rikki. Yöllä kolmannen kerroksen porukka häiriköi. Pysäköinnin hintaa ei reilusti ilmoitettu varattaeissa.

Koirahuone oli vähän jo elämää nähnyt. Joustinpatjat jo melko joustavat. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Ruoka ja palvelu esim irkkuravintolassa oikein hyvää. Kylpylä sisältää paljon portaita, jyrkkiä nousuja ja laskuja, ei-ennustettavia portaiden kulkuja (heikkonäköiselle ja -polviselle haasteita). Oikein hyvä aamiainen. Niin herkullista puuroa! Kaikille kaikkea herkkua.

Kaikinpuolin hotelli on loistava, sijainti on hyvä.
