-Guest #3 (Ground Floor) - king bed, ocean view, wall mounted television, walk in closet, direct access to lower deck / pool area, bathroom w/shower, toilet.
-Guest #4 (1st Floor) – king bed, separate private entrance, upper deck access, wall mounted television, wall closet, bathroom w/shower, toilet.
-Guest #5 (1st Floor) - king bed, separate private entrance, wall mounted television, wall closet, bathroom w/shower, toilet.
A few house rules:
- The residence is guest-friendly (you can invite anybody without any additional fee - respecting the maximum overnight capacity of 2 adults per bedroom).
- Pets are generally allowed, depending on number/type (details required).
- Smoking is only allowed in the outside areas.
- Proof of identity and refundable security deposit required by residence.
- Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (if you arrive outside office hours, a prior arrangement is required, and an additional fee may apply).

Housekeeping is also included, and other optional services (such as chef, driver, car rental etc.) can be organized as per your requirements.

Rates vary according to seasons and the duration of your stay: massive discounts are possible for long-term rentals and low-season bookings (if you find a lower price, we will match it)! Also, only a small down payment is required to confirm the booking.
