Traditional Mallorcan house located in an idyllic area of Mallorca, in the valley of Sóller and close to the charming villages of Fornalutx and Binaraix. The house features four spacious double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fitted kitchen, living room, entrance, and dining area across two floors. Guests can enjoy a cozy garden with a fantastic swimming pool, private parking, air conditioning in the rooms, several terraces, fans, and Wi-Fi. A baby bed and high chair are available upon request.
The property is part of a beautifully restored traditional Mallorcan estate, divided into two completely independent units, each dedicated to holiday rentals. Each unit has its own private entrance and exclusive outdoor area, ensuring privacy and a peaceful stay at all times.
Conveniently located just a 5-minute drive from the center of Sóller, 5 minutes from Fornalutx, 10 minutes from Puerto de Sóller and the beaches, and 40 minutes from Palma or the airport, this house serves as an excellent base for exploring the island. It is set amidst the stunning landscapes and hiking trails of the Serra de Tramuntana, a World Heritage Site.
This is a self-catering property. Linen, bath towels, toilet paper on arrival, and other basic amenities are supplied. Guests are expected to purchase their own supplies after using what is provided. For hygienic reasons, no food leftovers are left at the property.
