A second-floor slopeside condo in Highland House, at the top of Snowshoe Village. The private balcony catches the sunrise over the mountain, and the ground-floor ski locker room opens straight onto Skidder slope. A separate bedroom with a queen bed, a queen sleeper sofa by the gas fireplace, a full granite kitchen and a bathroom with a tub. Sleeps four.

- Balcony: private, with sunrise views over the mountain and the Village.
- Kitchen: granite counters, full stove and oven, full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes and utensils. Room to cook a real dinner after the lifts close.

SUPPLIED FOR YOUR STAY

SKI-IN/SKI-OUT
Your free assigned ski locker is in the ground-floor locker room, which opens onto Skidder slope. Skis and snowboards are stored there, not in the condo. Ballhooter and Grabhammer lifts rise directly above the Village. Lift tickets and rentals are not included; tickets bought online at least 72 hours ahead are usually discounted.

- Outdoor hot tub, sauna and fitness room for après-ski
- Lobby with a fireplace and lounge seating
- Coin-operated laundry on site (not in the unit)
- Luggage carts by the garage elevators

Building amenity notice: shared amenities (hot tub, fitness room, sauna, ski lockers and others) are owned and operated by Snowshoe Mountain Resort, not by LUXSTAYUSA or the unit owner. Hours and availability can change without notice for weather, maintenance, season or resort policy. We cannot guarantee any shared amenity during your stay, and no refund or discount is issued when one is temporarily unavailable.
ARRIVAL, CHECK-IN AND PARKING
- Check-in is off-site: pick up your key card with a photo ID at the 24-hour front desk at The Inn at Snowshoe, at the base of the mountain, or at Allegheny Springs in the Village (open until 11 PM in season). Full directions arrive with your booking.
- Unload for up to 15 minutes at the main shuttle terminal, then take the underground tunnel straight to the elevators.
- Free parking in the large general lot across the street, about 300 feet away. Highland House has no parking garage for guests, so in snow, plan a few minutes to clear the car.
- There is no cell service near the resort. Download offline maps before you leave, and use the Wi-Fi once you arrive. Four-wheel drive is strongly recommended in snow.

SEASONAL RESORT AND BUILDING AMENITIES: PLEASE CHECK BEFORE YOU BOOK
Snowshoe is a seasonal mountain resort. Many of its shops, restaurants, activities, lifts and shuttles operate only part of the year. Building amenities such as pools, hot tubs, saunas, fitness rooms, ski lockers and front-desk check-in locations are run by Snowshoe Mountain Resort and the building associations, not by LuxStayUSA, and may be closed for the season, for weather or for maintenance during your stay. We don't control their schedules, so please confirm current hours and availability directly with Snowshoe Mountain Resort before you book. Closures of these third-party facilities don't change your reservation terms.
