Cozy Ski-in/Ski-out condo at the Top of the World! Perfect place for year-around enjoyment at Snowshoe Mountain Resort! One bedroom, one bath condo sits on the second floor, overlooking gorgeous mountain views! You have the convenience of being slope side, and walking distance to mountain top shops and restaurants! Functional kitchen, cable TV, dishwasher, stove top/oven, toaster, coffee pot, coin operated washer/dryer just down the hall! Linens & towels included!
The space
This space adopted a Darwin’s Fox - Travel with Purpose when you stay with us and assist in global efforts to help save this beautiful endangered species! This is an older condo complex; however, the location of condo is amazing! To clarify, the space is meant to serve the purpose of being able to enjoy being in a fabulous location to "hang your hat", sleep, and provide some of the conveniences of home by having a small kitchen space!
Bottom level of Top of the World has a restaurant in winter season and snow ski lift tickets and equipment rental! Easy elevator access and luggage racks to transport your items up to your condo! Kitchen is outfitted with pots, pans, glasses, plates, bowls, utensils, etc. to cook while on your mountain getaway! Comfy couch, living room chair, flat screen TV and high-top counter with stools! Coffee table is custom made by your host - if you have interest in custom made/live-edge furniture - let your host know!! Bathroom has shower/tub and Bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed! Linens & Towels now included (1 queen bed / 1 queen pullout)! There is no air conditioner in the space however there are ceiling fans and portable fan.

You may use the coin-operated laundry facility just steps away down the hall from condo - bring your own detergent!
Guest access
The whole condo is for your enjoyment in addition to coin operated washer and dryer down the hall! We are just a call or text away!
Hot tub Hours 4pm to 10 pm on Ground floor last door on the left before the rear exit! However, the hot tub may be closed by HOA at anytime and please note this is outside the control of your host.
Other things to note
You will notice a management fee added to your payout to cover the cost of state and local taxes.
Spring & Summer is considered off season and Snowshoe shops and restaurants are all closed; however, it makes for a great time to come and disconnect! You and the deer just might be the only ones on the Mountain - nearest open stores are only a short 10 min drive located at the base of the mountain.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Put all used towels in a pile in bathroom. Strip bed and put all used sheets in a pile on bed.
Remove all trash from space and dispose just past the elevator in the trash room on the right. Turn off all lights and coffee maker !
Lock up. Make sure the main door to space is locked when you depart.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The room was a little dated and small but we only stayed 2 nights. It was clean and had a nice kitchen area. The host was very responsive with any questions I had. We loved going to Hoots and enjoying the bar and food. The queso smash burger was excellent!!

Long Weekend

We had a nice stay at 1st Tracks. The convenience of ski in and ski out was great. There’s a good steakhouse in the next building and the shuttle bus made it easy to get into the Village when we wanted to walk about.

Perfect location!

Clean, exactly what was described on the website. Could use more updating but has everything you need. Perfect location to ski right out on the slopes. Parking was easy accessible and ski rentals and lifts tickets are in the same building. There is a restaurant directly below.

From making a reservation to checking out this trip was amazing. The space was great and very warm . We had a perfect day on the mountain on Friday. Saturday was mostly rained out but we explored the area and loved having amenities in the complex. Would go back in a heartbeat.

It was a great stay! We love snowshoe! Always a good time! The place was clean besides the sheet on the pull out sofa, was a huge urine stain. The only other issue was the light in the kitchen kept going on and off. It had all of your basic kitchen necessities which was good!

Perfect location

This was our first time staying on this part of the mountain, and it was an ideal location. The runs start right outside the door, and it's very easy to return to at the end of the day. The bar downstairs is the best and most affordable on the mountain in my opinion, and the food is quite good. Check in and getting everything to the room was quite easy. Best of all, if you have an IKON pass you can park in lot A for free. As for the property itself, it was very clean and comfortable. Not that big - none are - but big enough. The appliances were nice and it was super clean. The only complaint, which is universal to Snowshoe, is that the internet and cell service is awful. It seems everyone is competing for the same lines. overall we loved the place and would stay again in a heartbeat.
