Perfect for multiple families and groups of friends! This newly built cabin and attached condo is located on a quiet cul-de-sac near the Hyak Estates entrance.

The house has 3 king bedrooms and a bunk room. The condo has a king bedroom and a queen bedroom in the loft. Between the two units, there are 2 fully stocked kitchens, a covered hot tub, 10 TVs w/ Roku streaming, 2 washing machines, 2 outdoor dining tables, many kids' toys, a Nex Playground game cube, a poker & ping pong table, and a Blackstone griddle. Unwind among new furnishings, heated floors, dimmable lights & 2 gas fireplaces.

A short walk from the house takes you to the Summit East (Hyak) ski resort base.

Tubing, snowshoeing, Nordic trails, additional ski hills, mountain biking, hiking, DruBru, Laconia Market, Pie for the People, and the Pancake House are within a 5-minute drive.

For young kids, there are plenty of toys and books, a highchair, 2 boosters, 2 baby gates, and 2 Graco Pack 'n Plays.

We recently stayed here for 4 nights in January 2026. The home is beautiful- you could tell it is brand new and beautifully decorated. The kitchen has everything you need, we are foodies and really appreciated using the well stocked kitchen.The host was super accommodative and highly recommended staying here. When we return to Snoqualmie we know which VRBO to choose!

This house was fully equipped with everything we could have needed. All of the furnishings were brand new and the bedding was top notch. The heated floors were our favorite especially with all of the snow that we had. There were lots of families out and about and all were very friendly. Thank you Heather for a fantastic stay!

Had the most amazing weekend with friends and family. Heather provided such a thoughtful clean and perfectly located house for us to spend some time in the mountains. The amenities were top notch, there were plenty of games and things for all ages to enjoy. The layout of the home made it easy to spend time together but also to have our own space. House was great for our large group. Every amenity you might need. Host was very friendly and accommodating. Everything perfect. Be aware, 3 stories. Entrance middle floor, Bedrooms are all either down a flight, or up a flight. Not a big deal unless you have someone who has difficulty with stairs. Overall thank you for a great stay!
