"One of the Largest Oceanfront Lots" on the island complete with one of the best cottages ever, 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath. (one bedroom located on the 2nd level the other 3 located on the 1st level) 3 decks (1 covered) 3 Q, 2 D WiFi, 2 cable TV's, W/D, DW, lots of deck furniture, enclosed outside shower with hot/cold water all for your comfort.

A private walkway to the beach from an expansive 2nd level deck just to complete the perfection of this beach cottage. Lots of parking for your family and friends; the perfect family vacation spot.

A fully equipped remodeled kitchen and dining room just in case you'd like to try your hand at cooking some of the fresh local seafood.

The top level of this cottage has a "crow's nest" - accessed via a spiral stairway located oceanfront in the great room. This area is a quiet location with an unbelievable view of the broadest stretch of the Atlantic imaginable, perfect for reading that favorite book or just having a quiet chat with a special someone.

Not a gamble at all!

Good place to stay, we enjoyed our time here. Beach location, island location, cleanliness, house amenities were all very good. First stay in North Topsail, which in our opinion has a better beach experience than locations to the south. The elevator was a big convenience. The lot size, parking and easy access on/off Island Drive were all contributors to a great stay. Would recommend and consider staying here again. Island Real Estate was pleasant and very easy to deal with, I appreciated the email updates and reminders.
