This duplex boasts breathtaking ocean and intercoastal water views with private North Topsail Beach access directly from the home's first floor deck. Consider the beach as part of your own outdoor entertainment space. The simple coastal interior design offers three levels of living space with everything you will need. A fully equipped large kitchen, first floor washer and dryer and private decks on each level.
Enjoy the ultimate island lifestyle. Relax watching the amazing sunrises and sunsets, keep an eye out for dolphins daily right from the deck and take a walk along the shore. Home amenities include WiFi access and HD cable, a rollaway bed for additional sleeping space, and TVs on every floor.
