Breathtaking Sound and Ocean Views from this Remodeled 3 Bedroom Townhome

Welcome to The Tranquil Turtle at Topsail, where you can enjoy beautiful views of the Sound and unobstructed views of the Ocean…and from the third floor, you can have both! Our home away from home is an end unit that boasts plenty of light from it’s skylights to the bay window, and 5 decks to take in the sunrises and the amazing Sound side sunsets! You will enjoy a private walkover to the ocean just steps away from the front door, complete with shower station at the bottom of the stairs. We have a brand new shower under the house to shower off any remaining sand, and an area at the back to get out of the heat.

Inside you’ll find a cozy and comfortable home where we spend a lot of time ourselves, :-). Two first floor bedrooms, each with queen beds, and a full bathroom along with the washer and dryer closet. Upstairs on the second floor is the kitchen (deck included for catching sight of those dolphins in the ocean!), the dining room with the nice bay window and expanding table, and the cozy and comfortable living room where the couch could add extra sleeping area if needed! We only have the 1 tv in the house because, well, we are at the beach on the Sound and spend most of the time outside enjoying the recreation or the views!

The primary bedroom and bath are located on the third floor, complete with King size bed and again, amazing views from the topside deck!

So, if you’re looking for a relaxing time where you spend your days recreating on the water, or reading on the beach, and your evenings enjoying a nice beverage as you watch beautiful sunsets, please consider Simple Pleasures your home away from home, as we do!

We normally stay oceanfront when at North Topsail but we found this gem and plan on staying here from now on if at all possible. You get to enjoy the best of the beach and the sound from here. Highly recommended!

We loved the location of the property with easy access to the sound for our fish-living son. It was a very easy trek across the street to the beach. The outdoor shower was a huge plus, and the well-stocked bin of beach toys and equipment. The house itself was comfortable and quiet. Overall a great stay that we would certainly consider again.

Long weekend away w family

My husband and I came for 4 nights with our daughter and son-in-law. It was wonderful. The rooms were perfect (2 bedrooms have decks). The views are beautiful. The best stocked kitchen and linen closet we've had in North Topsail and we've been coming here for years. High quality towels, linens and cookware.Loved our stay and will come here again!We were also offered a free late checkout until 2p.m. which we are taking advantage of mainly to wash towels and bedding.Thanks for this great stay!

Absolutely Beautiful!

We absolutely enjoyed this property. From the view’s front and back to the convenient access to the beach, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The property was comfortable and accommodating. We enjoyed some local restaurants during our stay. Rick’s Bar and Grill was very good and I highly recommend House of Breakfast-the owners are absolutely adorable! The property management team were very diligent with communication and accommodating. We would definitely use this property again. Thank you for sharing!

Great week at Topsail with family!

We stayed for a week in late July with 5 adults and one toddler. Communication with Stacy was super easy - she was very responsive and answered all of my questions ahead of our stay and a few more after our arrival, and checked in throughout the week with reminders for trash day and info for check out. We have had many trips to Topsail and especially like the Shipwatch townhomes, and had even stayed in this unit in years past, but it has been nicely renovated since then with nice finishes throughout and the entire place was very clean. We enjoyed the great views, the short walk to the beach, the use of the kayak on the intracoastal waterway, and enjoyed having some yard space for our littlest one to run around! We also rented bikes from a local place that delivered directly to the unit. The shower under the house was great and very convenient for rinsing off after the beach. We did a lot of cooking and had nearly everything we needed in the kitchen - plenty of nice pots and pans and dishes. The bedrooms were very nice with comfortable linens, and comfortable (soft) beds. For those of us that stayed in the downstairs bedrooms, our stay would have been improved by having more furnishings in the rooms, such as dressers and mirrors - just a small inconvenience to only have a mirror in the bathroom. Overall, we would happily stay here again in the future!

Such an amazing vacation!!!

This property was nothing short of perfect for us. We went down for our anniversary weekend and took my niece and her family along. The kids were able to fish off the backwater dock. They caught stingray, black drum, red drum, and even some crabs! Those kids were loving life. The walk to the beach access was literally right across the road which wasn’t even super busy so crossing the road wasn’t an issue. We were secluded enough that we had privacy on the beach but not so far away from everything that we had to drive 20 minutes. We loved it! The decor was so cute. The place was clean and had everything we could possibly need. There were plenty of chairs, toys, and even a kayak. The outside shower is huge too so that was a big plus! We enjoyed it so much that we are going to book another weekend getaway in July! The host was quick to reply to whatever messages I sent and she was so accommodating to us on the day of leaving. It was great! This could not have been any better…seriously book it! You will not be disappointed! I can not say enough how perfect everything was!

Absolute Perfection!

This Townhome was even more beautiful in person than in the photos! The property is very clean and has everything you need to make sure you have an amazing stay. The views from either side of the townhome are absolutely beautiful, and I enjoyed being able to see and hear the sounds and beauty of the water each day. Stacy was absolutely the best to work with and went above and beyond my expectations! She is very responsive and accommodating, and just wonderful to communicate with! I would absolutely love to go back here and stay!
