The common areas are very generous. Internet is available on both floors in the building. Heating is solved by heat pumps. The water comes from its own deep well. There are no neighbors and there are parking spaces for 5 cars on the plot. A utilities & service fee of EUR 60,00 will be required closer to your checkin date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The utilities & service fee ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during the stay.
