Constructed with natural Skiathian stone and styled with a minimalist touch, the villa is an inviting retreat for couples, families, and groups of friends seeking privacy, comfort, and relaxation. Located just 1 km from the sea and 500 metres from the main road, the villa enjoys both tranquility and easy access to beaches, tavernas, and local amenities.
The property is arranged as three independent luxury apartments sharing a generous outdoor space with a superb terrace and a private 40 sqm swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers, shaded pergola, and plush seating areas. Together the apartments accommodate up to six guests, with the option of two additional guests on a sofa bed. Each apartment is carefully designed to provide a blend of modern convenience and island charm, offering smart TVs, safe deposit boxes, and thoughtful amenities.
