Room was not properly cleaned. Everywhere smells cigarettes. We stayed with the baby so it was very disturbing. People smoke inside of the room. The property is overall very old and should be repaired. The breakfast is poor and not fresh. Never ever again. Very disappointing.

******DELIGHTFUL HOTEL ON ALL ASPECTS******

I stayed 2 nights at this charming Hotel and I have to say that it exceeded my expectations. The first night I dined in the Restaurant which had two musicians playing and I thoroughly enjoyed everything about it, the ambience, the food and service was excellent, the only thing I missed was having someone to share this with me. The Hotel is beautifully decorated, delightfully elegant but not trashy like some large Hotel chains seem to be. It is situated within mtrs of the centre of the City, therefore very convenient. I have travelled to Turkey many times and this Hotel is up with the best. It also has a pool but as I did not use that facility, I cannot review it.

Slightly disappointing

The high standard of our previous visit has not been maintained. The professionalism and attention to detail has lessened. On our first night there was a party in the restaurant area directly above our room. The music went on until 11, the dancing (of the jumping up and down on the spot variety) ended at midnight and then there was an hour of chairs being scraped across the floor. We had a very disturbed sleep. The debris in the lift by the partygoers was not cleared away until the following evening.

Very good hotel. Staff were warm, friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable. Location vis a vis sightseeing was excellent. Internet was good. Breakfast was great, with variety and eggs cooked to order.

Very central, very comfortable.

Friendly owner who spoke English and changed our room immediately on learning we had a problem with the shower. Good breakfast. Menemen would be great if it could be offered freshly cooked.

otel danışma personeli oldukça yardımsever ve nazik idi. odalarda sigara içilir/içilmez şeklinde ayrım yoktu ve daha önce sigara içildiği bariz olan bir oda tarafıma verildi. değiştirmek istediğimde kolayca yardımcı oldular. ancak otel odaları çok kötü durumda. yerdeki halıfleksler kokuyor, odaya girince direkt kokuyu alıyorsunuz. minibar dolabın kapağı kırık ve değişik sesler çıkardığı için gece uyumakta zorlandım. ışık ayarı kötü, tüm ışıkları açtığınızda dahi oda oldukça loş kalıyor. tv zaten akıllı değildi, izlemedim. duşakabin başlıkları kırık, duş almak çok konforsuz. lavabo musluğunun ayarı da kötü, el yüz yıkarken bile zorlanıyorsunuz. havlular, yatak ve penceler temiz. yastıklar çok konforlu, 4 çeşit yastık seçeneği var, istediklerinizi kullanıyorsunuz. kahvaltısı kötü. sadece yöresel ekmeği olan katmer güzeldi. meyveler kararmış halde servise sunulmuştu. çay kahve meyve suyu kalitesiz, lezzetsizdi. 2019da türkiyenin en iyi ilk 100 otelinden biri seçildiği söyleniyor ancak 2025'te bu unvanı kesinlikle hak etmediğini söyleyebilirim.
