The apartment:
The HABANA apartment in Sitges is located on a second floor with no lift.



Despite its central location the apartment is very quiet as it is on the back of the building, making it a small oasis in the middle of bustling Sitges!



The main room is spacious and bright and is divided into three areas: the living room with a comfortable sofa and flat screen TV, dining room with a wooden table + chairs and a fully equipped modern kitchen with fridge, hob, electric oven and microwave.



The atmosphere in this room is fresh and clean thanks to the combination of wooden floor with white furniture. The ceiling of this room, with wooden beams, gives a special touch to the decor.



There is an air conditioning unit in the living room, enough to cool the whole apartment. Also the property offers free wifi access for our guests convenience.



Furthermore, the apartment has two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.



The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a large closet.



The second bedroom has a bunk bed, so the apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.



Both, from the living room and from the master bedroom, you can access a nice private terrace (no views). This is the ideal place to relax after an exciting day exploring Sitges or dine alfresco under the privacy offered by the existing awning place.



The terrace is equipped with table and 4 chairs.



The HABANA apartment in Sitges is a very good choice, and offers everything that a family or group of friends may need during your stay in our town.

The HABANA apartment boasts a prime location in the heart of Sitges, just a short walk from everything you need. The beach is only 4 minutes away, the train station just 3 minutes, and you'll find a fantastic selection of shops, restaurants, and bars right around the corner. Perfect for enjoying everything Sitges has to offer!

The local tourist tax is NOT included in the price. The cost of this tax is 1€ (VAT not included) per person over 16 years of age per night, for a maximum of 7 nights.

As per Catalonian regulations, all property guests must register by providing full name, passport details, and address. You can share this information before arrival or on check-in day. All guests must present identification documents and will need to sign the tourist rental agreement. Thank you for your cooperation.

Any check-in later than 9pm has an extra cost of 40€.

Damage deposit collected by credit card on your arrival date (unless otherwise agreed in advance) to entitle us to charge you up to 300€ in the unlikely event of finding any issue when we visit the property after your check out.
