Internette Göründüğü Gibi Değildi

Business suit satın alıp ücretini de ödemiş olmama rağmen, ilk gün dolu olduğu söylenerek daha düşük bir odada konaklatıldık. Fiyat farkını talep ettim ve verdiler ancak güzel bir deneyim olmadı. Otel internette çok güzel görünmesine rağmen girişini dahi bulamadık, önünde araç durabilecek bir yer de yoktu. Ücretsiz otopark 50 - 100 m ileride idi ve anahtar bırakmak gerekiyordu. Arabamı da çizmişler otoparkta. Çok dar koridorlardan oluşan bir otel ve eski bir asansörü var ancak o da tüm katlara çıkmıyordu. Koridorlarda çalışanlar sigara içiyordu ve rahatsız edici sigara kokusu vardı. Kahvaltı kalite olarak beklentimin çok altındaydı, kendimiz dışarıdan simit vb. kahvaltılık ek ürünler satın aldık. Odanın kendisi ve manzarası fena değildi ancak temizlikle ilgili sorunlar vardı. Temizlik talep ettiğimizde temizlediler ancak örneğin ilk girdiğimizde jakuzinin içinden siyah bir şeyler çıktı. Temizlikten sonra yoktu. Aynı zamanda business suit olarak verilen en kaliteli odada içinde karınca yuvası vardı. Yiyeceklerimizin içine giriyorlardı

Çok memnun kaldık.

Karadeniz turu yaparken Sinop'ta konaklama fırsatı bulduk. Deniz manzarası ve balkonu müthiş, kahvaltı odaya geliyor denize karşı yiyebilirsiniz. kahvaltı menüsü güzel sucuklu yumurta bile yaptılar. Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Oda genel olarak temizdi, klima tv sorunsuz çalışıyor banyo da temizdi. Tavsiye ederim.

Otel merkezi konumda, ulaşım açısından bir sıkıntısı bulunmuyor. Fakat merkezdeki otellerde park alanı genel olarak yok ama etrafta paralı otopark veya kaldırım yanlarına araç park edilebilir. Kahvaltılar odaya geliyor, deniz manzaralı odanız varsa kahvaltılar eğlenceli geçebilir. Karşılaştığımız en büyük problem odanın hiç temizlenmemiş oluşuydu, havlu değiştirilmesi gibi şeylerin ötesinde çöpler bile toplanmamış, kahvaltıdan kalan kırıntılar da hala masanın üzerindeydi odaya geldiğimizde, belki yoğunluktur denilebilir ama bu kadar temel eksiklikler göze batıyor malesef. Diğer taraftan, Lobide çalışan görevliler yardımseverler ve çalışkanlar. Temizlik yapılmadığı için başka odaya bile alabileceklerini söylediler, haklarını yemeyelim. Sonuçta otel güzel, hizmet kalitesini biraz daha artırırsa faydalı olacaktır.

location is central but just close to a trafficated street and a mosque: while it is nice to see the seaside in the morning, you have to sleep with closed window if you don’t want to be waked up by the mosque 5 in the morning ; personnel is gentle ; interior design is new and nice ; attention: drinking water in the room, differently than all other hotels of the same category, is not free if charge..
