Easy after hours check in, fresh fruit avaliable, all cutlery and crockery in room and a microwave which was great. Tv was not real easy to navigate, ended up logging into personal Netflix acount to be able to,watch anything. Would recommend taking your own pillow though, bed was comfy enough but pillow was like a brick, i ended up using a cushion to sleep on.

Nice rooms, terrible traffic

Really nice rooms, bed was great, unfortunately the restaurant was in the middle of a renovation, would have been good to know this before booking. The only other issue was the traffic on the road, it was a real struggle to leave and head into town from the motel, the traffic was horrendous.

Good location. Bathroom had a lot of water leaking from shower needs fixing. Also, some surface inside the shower area to keep things. No shelves. Bedsheets weee crushed so not if they were used or new.

The accommodation facilities provided met all of the requirements of a 3+ star rating, but was let down by the poor quality of the included 'continental breakfast' which was delivered at a standard I consider as a tour operator as well below what is understood as being acceptable across Australia.

The staff very friendly...good proximity to the town...if there was one negative it would be the breakfast...we have stayed a few times however breakfast was very poorly presented...before it was very well presented...today there was hardly any choice of cereals..loaves of bread were left on the table for everyone to put there hands into..very unhygienic...no milk in jugs..I I would give it 1 star for breakfast..4 stars for everything else

Definitely in need of a refurb - facilities, rooms and general building extremely tired and old. Rooms smelt like sewer, bed & pillows very uncomfortable, towels in need of replacement. Not a 4 star by any stretch. Despite the above it was comfortable enough for a single night stay.
